Season 12. An important event has come to pass for Peter. The death of his once former mentor and friend, with whom he had strived to change the world, and now the villain, Otto Octavius. With each defeat, he developed a deadly disease whose progress he was powerless to stop. The final chapter had come and Otto had taken over Peter Parker's body. The most terrifying position Peter found himself in. To find himself in a dying body, without strength, without support, but he can not give up...It is necessary to fight one more time, if there is no strength, it is necessary to take by cunning. But no matter how Peter fought, death for him became inevitable. Realizing this, the hero pulls one last trick that can not completely fix the situation, but at least not subject to the worst development. With the help of his remaining brainwaves, he brings before Otto's eyes all his bright memories from childhood, Uncle Ben, harmony and love. And the most important moment of his life is the day Uncle Ben died. And that's not the only loss. Such is the life of Spider-Man, having received powers on Peter fell a heavy load of responsibility, with each day dragging this burden of a superhero. Now all that burden is on Otto, which he didn't want...He should have been more careful with his wishes. The dying Peter had told Octavius that he just had to do it, because with great power...Great responsibility must come, Otto replied. Gwen, Mary Jane, his inner circle, he wanted to see them one last time. All he needed was for Otto to take care of them, to which Octavius made a promise. A last wish was not only Otto's suicide plan, but also Peter's last hope. The only thing he could ask for was to continue Spider-Man's work and take care of his loved ones. All of Peter's greatest losses and accomplishments Otto experiences come to pass. Peter is dead. And now that he's dead, it's time to continue his legacy by being the new, Superior Spider-Man. The approach to heroism was different. Peter Parker was more of an improviser, all the coincidences he noticed flying by, after so many defeats and failures, he's the greatest hero with vast experience. When compared to Parker, Otto Octavius has a different mindset. Developed analytical thinking, it's much easier for him to determine things that Pete handled manually. Octavius was a strategist, that without a premeditated plan does not get on the road, when Peter lived today, who did not set goals for the future, what is the point if you need to deal with today's affairs. School, friends, trying to help Aunt May financially, and Octavius can't stand unfulfilled plans, and everyday boring worries. He keeps statistics, monitors the amount of crime reduction. Why would he do all that? Because he actually wants to be a better Spider-Man than Peter. That's why he's doing a complete analysis, developing gadgets installed in the new suit. Having originality, but also a tone of aggressiveness that symbolizes to us, the former friendly neighbor is gone. Ben Reilly is coming back. His arc will be saturated with the tone of a detective who starts to notice that this Peter is a completely different person. And okay then, in the past it was a symbiote, but here it's a completely different case that makes Reilly more suspicious, and feel that this is not the Peter Parker he once knew. He'll be keeping an audio diary, giving his thoughts on what's going on with Peter about these big changes. Developed spiderbots that stake out every corner of New York City. All the city's villains have started to fear him. It was as if Spider-Man had become a dictator who wanted absolute control. Ben was alarmed at the news about the spider army, huge military robots, and that wasn't the only thing Otto had created that made Ben think it wasn't Peter Parker. In order to completely dominate the city, Otto needed a strong connection to the government, and thanks to J. Jonah Jameson, the new mayor of New York City, he manages to gain control of the police force and other governmental spheres, which shocked Peter, giving his all, risking his life every day, and not being recognized by Jameson, Otto surpasses Peter in this as well. A note of resentment. Superior Spider-Man is a manipulator that uses people for his own ends, take the same Jameson who didn't realize that. Otto was always one step ahead. As for Mary Jane and Gwen, those had moved on and were each building their own careers, even though they still missed Peter and kept a close bond with them. That bond was greater than ever. Octavius being in Peter's body tried to find an approach to each of them, but realized in time that it was pointless in his opinion. He needed decisive action and goals, and they weren't the ones to accomplish that with. And relationships weren't needed right now. He devoted all his time to the identity of Spider-Man, even when he was in character as Peter. He had developed a relationship with Aunt May, giving her more attention and care. It became something of a duty for him. Responsibility for Parker's guardians. In an effort to be the best Spider-Man and prove it, to become stronger to gain respect, but over time he began to change. He became attached to Peter's entourage. It's like they became a ray of light for him. But the change in image and methods changed people's attitudes towards Spider-Man. Flash Thompson became disillusioned with his hero, who he was once inspired by to also help people. As for Peter Parker, he didn't disappear anywhere. He kept fighting and looking for ways to get back into his body, he's dead and still not giving up. He also guided Otto on the right path, but Octavius was changing more and more every day. It was easier for him to systematize all the things Parker did manually. Petty thefts, fires. Now it was the police. If Peter was a friendly neighbor, Otto wanted to go large-scale. Peter's voice in Otto's head began to conflict with personal motivations, which led to disagreements, and so he got rid of him, he thought. But he hadn't. Peter was reliving his mentor's memories, recognizing his past. They begin to understand each other. People who could never come to a compromise. They were alike in some ways. Harsh treatment from his father, from those around him. Otto Octavius didn't have what Peter had in his life...Parker could have been the same if it wasn't for Uncle Ben. Who also influenced Otto. He lacked someone like Uncle Ben, and Peter's memories gave him the missing feelings, living all the situations Parker faced. All of Benjamin Parker's instructions. So ingrained in his mind that Otto began to think of him as a loved one that he visited his grave, in order to find answers to questions.
Part 2. In this story, Otto decided to do what Peter had never allowed himself to do - murder. He went for it, and was ready, but he is stopped by Ben Reilly. Do such immoral freaks deserve to live? People who have no feelings or emotions. An animal that exterminates innocent citizens. Spider-Man already put him behind bars, so what? Did it help? Aren't we saving hundreds of lives by eliminating psychopaths like this? The line between hero and villain. And it's murder that blurs that line. How are you any different from a criminal if you do the same thing? It's not up to us who lives and who dies, Ben Reilly said. And Otto warns him not to let Reilly stand in his way or he'll regret it. After that, Ben finally realizes that this is not Peter Parker. Others may believe he's Peter, but he can't fool Ben. Balance. There's a Superior Spider-Man, so there's a Superior villain. And that's where the new villain, the Hobgoblin, comes in, who has a mysterious arc. While Otto evolved, striving to become a better Spider-Man improving every aspect, the Hobgoblin detailed his plan, trying to hit the most vulnerable spots, putting the police on edge, going after everyone's heads. He continued the work of the Green Goblin. A strong hero needs a strong enemy. He left mysteries for Octavius to solve. Otto grew softer and kinder over time, which means his heart is vulnerable. That's where the goblin attacks. From the riddle and to the next, the Hobgoblin makes it clear, he knows this is not the Spider-Man people have ever known, underneath the mask was another man. Ben was analyzing and all the facts led him to the truth and he needed to stop Octavius, straight up calling him by name, enough of these games. Reilly was ready for a rematch, and this battle was fairly equal, and wit did not fail Ben, and he came out the winner. Locking him in his cell and regaining consciousness Octavius was ready for dialog. If Otto got stuck here, the Hobgoblin would cause big trouble, and no one wanted that. As if he could be trusted, Reilly thought, as in those words Octavius spoke of Uncle Ben. Otto answers him, about a fun fact. When you steal someone's body, you take that person's thoughts, their memories along with it. And feelings. And every day Otto feels sad for Uncle Ben, a man he's never met, this dialog proves to us again the impact Uncle Ben had on Otto. But one way or another the two of them will have to cooperate together. The game has begun, and the goblin's plan goes into action. The first victim is Otto's former classmate, the one who was closer to the doctor, the first player is eliminated. The hobgoblin outplayed him in this battle, emerging victorious, hitting the target. Everything gradually begins to crumble, and any plan is out of the question. And yet it was strategy that made Otto superior. Even the goblin recognizes that fact. Breaking in, with no plan, no preparation, and no minions. Octavius was no longer in possession of the power he had gained, for the first time he was faced with a serious choice. What to do? How to begin? He's on his own. What would Parker do? Realizing he couldn't handle the goblin, it was arrogance that ruined him. Sowing Otto's doubts, wondering if he was so superior. The city is in danger. And there's only one man who can prevent it all - Peter Parker. Having experienced such a life, becoming attached to his surroundings, a tear forms in Otto's eye. But he can handle it, after such a great adventure he's been through, he can handle anything. And he says to himself, “I will not die a monster.” Otto went out on a limb. Peter Parker returns, recreating a new costume along with it. For a while, Octavius' consciousness was in the device, and he tried to help Ben and Peter. And of course Parker manages to stop the Hobgoblin, save the city. And things can't go back to the way they were before. The characters are no longer the same as they were in the beginning. Otto has sacrificed himself for the city, Jameson has been plunged into depression, Ben Reilly has become who he is, finding inner peace, and Mary Jane and Gwen's bond has grown stronger and stronger, and they haven't turned their backs on Peter in the same way. They are amazed at the effort with which he handles the burden of being a superhero, the responsibility, the choice he has chosen. Otto and Peter have come a long way together, from their friendship, student and teacher, to enemies fighting against each other, now saving the world side by side. Two ideologies that once again have been channeled in the same direction. Octavius calls Peter his friend. A story of friendship, a story of how a hero and a villain, people who under different circumstances, became friends again. They became some of the closest people, understanding each other so well. Back in the physical shell, Pete and Otto visit Uncle Ben's grave, for Octavius it was very important, he is the one who greatly influenced him, visiting for the last time. Peter forgives his teacher and they say their goodbyes. Otto tells his student that Peter is the Superior Spider-Man and his physical shell crumbles, Otto's story is complete. The last thing that frightened Peter was Hobgoblin, so he decides to go to dialog with him to understand the motives of the villain. The Hobgoblin replies with surprise that he is now a completely different person. He knew that, and Peter had more questions. The Hobgoblin replies that the villains Venom, Kraven and Octavius may have left a wound for Peter, but their powers are nothing compared to what awaits Peter in the future, warning him that he has already lost without even realizing it. The series ends with a cosmic rift occurring that leads to the appearance of Madame Web.
changing the opening suit to be the Superior Spider-Man suit is GENIUS it's a small detail I'm happy you did. I would imagine that the first episode is a normal title card and then later episodes have this opening. but that's just me! love the videos keep it up 😁👍
Not to forget the symbiote, which I also put in the intro, and in general this classic costume is one of my favorites, which is why I was so reluctant to change it, to be honest.

One of my favorite stories is Superior Spider-Man, nice to see that you made a full season of it! I have to admit, Dan Slott made a lot of mistakes, even in this saga, but I still like it (same thing that happened to TASM movies) And happy to see Flash and Liz again
I can agree with you, but I didn't have any problems while reading the story, but the arc with the symbiote raised questions for me considering how intelligent Otto is, he realized what the creature was but still chose to merge with it, and TASM at heart
Superior Spider-Man vs Scarlet Spider, now that's a battle I'd love to see! Also, Hobgoblin as the villain is awesome! Can't wait to see what you're gonna do for the final season.
Christian Bale is a good choice for Hobgoblin, but I think Hobgoblin would have been better with Ned Leeds. Jason Macendale needs a Jack O'Lantern origin. Although, if you want something unusual, that's no problem. Other than that, this season is GREAT! I love Superior Spider-man arc. I loved Ben Reilly in this season, just like the main protagonist. I hope we see Agent Venom origin for Flash Thompson next season. (Maybe we need Anti Venom?! and Harry is missing :D)
@@tommy_x19 I wonder who Peter will be with at the end of the story. Gwen or MJ (Maybe Felicia :D). I think you will also cover Death of Gwen Stacy in the story.

No one turned their back on Peter while Otto was in Peter's body. Otto became attached to Parker's entourage, which caused his character to change for the better, I pointed this out in the story. Mary Jane, Gwen, Flash, Liz, please reread the story carefully. Ben Reilly was the only one who realized it wasn't Peter.
@tommy_x19 when you're a huge spider-man fanatic you tend to watch and learn everything involving spider-man for example did you know there was a live action TV show of spider-man in 1977 with Nicholas hammond as Peter parker
Why did you make spiderman suit red and black ? And did venom killed vulture and mysterio in a slow, brutal and painfull way ? And what happened to harry ?

its look like superior spiderman i think

Did Peter really die? 😢
eh. not to spoil anything, but main characters die in comic books all the time. The books still are made 50+ years later...
