Easy Blending and Color Mixing in acrylic portrait on canvas. I am using glazing method for adding color to this portrait over a monochrome sketching painted with raw umber and white. I am using only water mist to keep my paint moist in my palette. No retarder or any kind of medium is used in the entire process.

Base layer se white canvas jaldi dhak jata hai. Jo jaruri nhi hai. Aap apne method se kar sakte hai.

I too use hog hair brushes. Sometimes nylon synthetic.
Market wale canvas board par gesso lgana important hai kya
Gesso lagana aapki choice hai. Market wale me nahi lagane se bhi chalega. Thank you 😊

I am using some the very cheap brushes in the market. I think you'll get very good brushes for Acrylic on Amazon or any local store. Just ask for stiffer white bristle flats/filbert and some nylon round synthetic of different sizes. There are lots of brands, like Winsor Newton, Princeton, rosemary etc makes good quality brushes for Acrylic. You may like different kind of brushes then I am using.
