    Hello all. We are humbled by the amount of orders we received in the last few days after the first video posted. We just finished our first batch of the product last friday and shipped to the tradeshow folks who pre-ordered and are working today and tomorrow on the second batch of 200 pinjacks. All the orders we received online over the weekend and prior are shipping today as we TEST each PinJack before shipping it. We want to get it right the first time, and we are proud to offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you aren't satisfied for any reason. If it breaks, we want to hear about it and send you a new one, that is the thing it should not be able to do because we are testing them before shipping them out🙂

    Hosting events, I’m constantly setting up and moving games. I use the HF lift cart for everything, transportation, lifting games high for maintenance, and leveling. But it is a pain to move the table lift from game to game when leveling games after event setup. For shortcut I do the turtle back method, praying that I survive every lift lol. Price is high, but if it saves time and back strain, it’s worth $$ to ME for MY scenario.

    I've always just used a wrench to turn the nut on the leveler. Couple turns and then check the level. If you lift the game then you have to set it back down to check if it's level. Can someone please explain to me the need to lift the game in order to turn the levelers?

    • @KylaeJordan
      @KylaeJordan ปีที่แล้ว

      @CaryHardy I'm sure he can explain the precise reason, but the best setup for playability is the issue at hand. All floors are uneven, thus anytime you move a game you need to reset to a 6 or 6.5 degree pitch for the speed of the ball and level out 4 legs to match the un-evenness of the floor or carpet to get the ball to move down the center of the game board. This device is designed for people that move games more than 2 times a year. The physical weight of a lot of pinball games is 300+ pounds, and even cantilever weight meaning lifting only one leg of the pinball game essentially with your knee is 120 to 150 pounds. NOT FUN!
