They dont seem ti have rge same exhaust system or same muffler.Both sound good. You can drop the one you think sounds the worst in my garage Ill drive it anytime.
It’s essentially the same as the turbo motor. All RB’s are very strong. I’m no expert but I’ve heard of 500-600 on stock internals maybe more in some cases. Google would be better than what I can tell you.

I think the RB would sound a lot better if it was Turbo... the turbo L Series engine is a little lower compression than what you have... I'm pretty sure you have a non-turbo engine that you have turbocharged which is a 8.8 to 1. Vs 7.3 to 1. They both sound great.

I heard in Japan were they can put up 800 HP in a S30Z L28 twin turbo maybe not even twin turbo but a single but it's not impossible I heard

If you live in North America an L28 would be cheaper, Datsun L series parts are much more easy to find around here than RB's are
