I feel like, if they add seasons, they should add a new feature to the beacon to make it so that you can keep the surrounding area a specific season. Also, the point of the end is be barren, so I think if they add an end update they should keep it simple and add biomes that aren’t very complex or nature-y. Finally, they are actually creating a Minecraft animated series on Netflix. Otherwise, Endo is great!
I feel like one could argue that the nether pre-update was also supposed to be barren, yet still it works great and is a ton more fun with the new nature-y biomes. So, I kinda feel like the end would work in the same way. (Though I get your point)
I feel like the best feature they could add is an invite friends system to Java, similar to how bedrock works. In bedrock, you can invite your friends to your game, and they join. No hassle, no nothing. It makes things so much easier if you want to play with friends and don’t want to have to mod the game with e4mc (no I will not use essential please move on).
Genuinely curious what's stopping you from using essential, aside from it being a mod. It's exactly what you want. Does it have some bad rep or something?
@ValuedValue The griefing and hacking should only happen if you make your game public. If you just want to play with your friends, then you only have to deal with their behaviour.
It'd be easy for them to do too, since the old java version of education edition has that feature already. The code exists and is owned by microsoft, they just need to make use of it.
I'm not convinced a seasons update would really improve the game. I feel like initially people would think it's really cool, but in the long term, would just find it somewhat obnoxious, something that you disable to not worry about your build looking weird in winter. It is difficult not to directly compare it with Vintage Story, the other voxel survival sandbox that heavily uses seasons. The season progression is central to the game, that because food rots over time, and because you can't survive in the cold, you need to actually prepare well for winter - and your first winter in the game might be genuinely difficult, leaving you to scrounge for mushrooms or a rabbit after your food runs out. By the time spring comes, you're filled with relief, everything seems to come alive again, and by the time next winter comes, you're more prepared. It makes for nice gameplay variation, and a sense that time is actually passing. Minecraft however is not built around this passing of seasons, and I doubt the player base would take a bunch of increased difficulty well. Thus I fear that the gameplay for the different seasons would be rather disappointing, not actually changing how you play very much. Yeah, maybe farms don't grow during winter, but then players might just grow underground, or players might get upset at how this messes up existing worlds. My best suggestion is just to focus on things to make the different seasons very cool. Have special things you can only do in each season, like building a snowman, making piles of leaves... Idk. There are some neat mods that add nice little decorations or aesthetics for different seasons, so I think that's a step in the right direction - but even when I played serene seasons, it was still in conjunction with a mod that added cold damage and such. Even still, dying from starvation feels less threatening because food is so easy to get in Minecraft, and even if you die, you immediately spawn next to your bed. Winter in Vintage Story can feel genuinely horrifying if you traveled far to build your home, and haven't found a temporal gear (used to set spawn) yet. I don't know. I feel like I have obvious bias on what gameplay style I'm preferring more, but I think there are genuine great things it could lean into. Just fun stuff, as I said before. There are some fun beach mods I've used on servers during the summer before, that sort of thing. I want this to go well for Minecraft, but I don't know how I would do it.

Maybe for the boss of the Deep Dark dimension, which could be called something like the Hollow or the Abyss, the Shadow Warden could be called the Overseer, being an Elder Warden with a Sculk Staff and able to use magic. There's a lot of people who like Minecraft's "current" (albeit slowly dwindling) atmosphere of uncanny empty loneliness. I just don't see the addition of more ambience as the objective good people try to paint it as when so many of us fell in love with the game for precisely being NOT that
Idk about season, if they added season based mechanics, it could become annoying to avoid the potential downsides and take advantage of the upsides for each season, but we absolutely need some general nature update that atleast slightly improves most biomes in the overworld (ambient sounds, particles for some biomes, some new natural structures. And some nice new decorative nature blocks. And maybe some new mobs but I don’t think such a thing is essential to bringing the overworld to life further)
I don’t really think the ancient city gateways in Minecraft are meant to be portals, and I’ve got a few reasons why. First off, there’s that structure in ancient cities that used to be called "small_portal_statue" in the game files. Later, it got renamed to just "small_statue." What’s weird is that the original name was already all over the internet before they changed it, so if the idea was to keep the portal’s purpose a secret, changing the name didn’t really help. Plus, the name change was in the official patch notes, so it’s not like they were hiding it. To me, this doesn’t prove the archway was supposed to be a portal. If anything, it feels like they might’ve thought about making it one during development but then dropped the idea. Second, the design of the archway itself doesn’t feel like it’s meant to be a portal. Look at ruined Nether portals or End portals-those are made for the player to actually go through. They usually have stairs or some kind of access to the portal frame. The ancient city archway, though, is way up high, and there aren’t any stairs or platforms to get to it. The stairs in the area only lead to that altar-like thing you use to open the lab. If this was supposed to be a portal, why make it so awkward to reach? It just doesn’t add up. Lastly, I don’t think Minecraft really needs a Deep Dark dimension. Honestly, it would feel kind of repetitive and not bring much new to the game. Minecraft already has a good mix of dimensions, and if they’re going to add another one, it should be something that feels fresh and exciting. A Deep Dark dimension doesn’t seem like it would do that. On a bigger scale, I feel like Minecraft might be getting close to being "complete." There’s only so much you can add before it starts to feel cluttered, you know? Each new feature or update has to fit in with everything else, and that gets harder the more there is. Like, a seasonal update could be cool, but it would need to blend in with the rest of the game. Eventually, Minecraft might hit a point where adding more stuff just makes it feel like too much, and everything stops working together as smoothly.
I think it's already been getting cluttered for years, and a big part of it is that they're trying to force new stuff to stack on top instead of integrating it in
If it wasn't meant to be a portal, then it wouldn't have been portal shaped That and reinforced deepslate ONLY occurs in that ONE spot in the entire game, while also being almost indestructible and is the focal point of the entire structure. And in minecraft china edition the reinforced deepslate is called mysterious frame
@@EmperorPenguin1217 And if bears aren't friends what are they friend shaped ? Idk, apparences can be deceiving. More seriously my reasoning still stands : if you build a house and you put the door of that house way above the floor with no stair whatsoever to pass through that door, it's just weird. Like, why even build some massive, fancy portal if you’re not gonna bother adding a way to, y’know, actually use it? It’s just… dumb. And for the reinforced deepslate, we don't know what it's supposed to do. We compare it with the End Portal frame blocks but they don't have that much in common. The developper actually stated it's uses were not disclosed (or perhaps it has no use at all in game), in order to give the place some mystery, which could also explain the name in chinese. Like why would this means it's a portal ?
@@Lusyphel " Idk, apparences can be deceiving. " Except in this case they actively made sure that deep dark portals meet every possible condition to be a portal besides being properly functional, reinforced deepslate not appearing anywhere else alone is already weird enough "And for the reinforced deepslate, we don't know what it's supposed to do. We compare it with the End Portal frame blocks but they don't have that much in common. " What's the difference between the two? One is is in a ring shape, only appears in one very rare structure, is made of an indestructible and immovable material, is in a ring shape, has a marking of a very specific shape on top, and is made of an exclusive unobtainable material and the other is an end portal. "Like, why even build some massive, fancy portal if you’re not gonna bother adding a way to, y’know, actually use it?" Maybe instead of going in, something else comes out? "The developper actually stated it's uses were not disclosed (or perhaps it has no use at all in game), in order to give the place some mystery" The mystery is about as subtle as a nuclear bomb, like they're not fooling anybody when the portal aspects are so obvious
I think something that could bring so much more life to the game would be to add some dialogue to villagers that you can get side quest from and gain rewards.
If we do get an end update, a cool loot item could be something that stops endermen from stealing your dirt. That could help people build in the end dimension.
So I got a better idea for the sculk dimension Endo, so I saw a theory once that the sculk is like a hivemind of sorts and the warden is basically just the defense mechanism against intruders, so what if instead a shadow warden what would be better is something more original to encourage travel, the boss can be the next of the hivemind with like a queen bee sorta boss (less bee and more scary and big tho) and you have to slay it's guards to kill it
Mojang have said they won’t add seasons as we have a ‘summer biome’ e.g. plains and a winter biome as in any of the snowy biomes. They want players to be able to control how where they live looks in game. I would love to see an update adding more ambients like sounds birds, bugs, more placeable decorations like 3d food. I love the video tho, great quality keep it up!
Editing on point like always. I really hope Minecraft adds new mobs, perhaps the ones that were “lost” to time cause of the mob vote. JUSTICE FOR THE MOOBLOOM. It’d be PERFECT for a seasons update arghhhh
I think the elytra's biggest problem is that using it a complete no brainer. Once you get the elytra there is no interesting decision making around transport at ALL. It is a no cost superior way to travel. I think if the elytra was harder to obtain like you said, and more complicated or consequential to use, it would be fine. There should be time where I'm better off using a horse or a minecart than an elytra. That's it's biggest problem. It's so insanely BETTER that it makes a lot of the game redundant.
With the seasons update they could add a new feature to hardcore mode, a temperature system, they already have a freezing death mechanic with snow, complete with a screen animation and everything, so the way you stay warm is crafting campfires and to a lesser extent torches
what a great personality revealed through the editing. awesome humor! keep up the hard work , hopefully this takes off for you and will be a substantial source of revenue for you
Properly adding seasons to Minecraft is more complicated than it sounds. Sure there's a mod for it. But it requires the chunk to be within simulation distance in order for it to go through its seasonal transition. It kind of rips you out of the immersion when you're in the middle of a snow covered winter and you load in a chunk that hasn't seasonally updated yet because its beyond your simulation distance, and so its not covered in snow yet. Or vice versa. We're talking about a system that can seamlessly update ALL chunks as the seasons change. Not just the chunks in your immediate surroundings.
i think a new cave biome that is a "structure" and its just a long tube like cave. small little mine huts for chests are found here but as you go deeper you find the "home" of the mob. hes not as strong as the warden with it's broken attacks but has the same health and if you aren't careful will mess you up. this could be like a stone creature that when u get close it can like feel your vibrations and start moving towards you and if u start running it will chase you kinda thing. there would be ways to run away from it and this creature would spawn naturally only in this biome and it would freeze and turn back to stone once it stops moving.
I don't like travelling using mine tracks. Instead, I build a canal system. All I need is a bucket, water, shovels, picks, and cobblestone. Those things alone can get me anywhere much faster than walking. They become even more versatile when I get soul sand. With the soul sand it becomes possible to build canals that go up mountains and down into ravines.
I just want useful things that aren't just for niche things, for example Swift Sneak being practically useless in a single-player run of Minecraft, I wanted vertical progression that makes it feel like I'm actually doing something in the game. Maybe even an update to farming.
Seasons I feel is the most discussed feature in the community rn. The idea is so appealing, they'd be so immersive. But when I think about snow falling on brach resort, of my carefully colour coated forest just changing colours on, I mean that's a big clashing of game play styles. There'd need to be a way for Seasons to be prevented in certain areas. Maybe some oak biomes have them and some don't. Maybe naturally spawned leaves are effected but placed ones aren't? Maybe an enchantment for the sheers that let's you collect season shifting blocks? Idk rly know. It's one of those situations where you need a unique minecrafty way of balancing the mechanics for all style of play.
Hear me out instead of everything that you're saying. what if it's affected by the coordinates or (N.E.S.W) like on a compass, you could put it into the anvil and put Northeast if you want to go to a cold biome and it will relatively stay cold, or you could go to South which would be relatively warmer or XYZ in the negatives is colder, XYZ in the positives is warmer, or either way, just something like that the direction that you go varies on the temperature, I don't know if putting a compass in an anvil and typing South to go to a warmer biome wood work, but something close to that.
I have a big feeling your going to have a big name to the Minecraft community. Welcome to Minecraft content creation where once you go down this path. you never go back...
The only thing I have ever wanted as a decorative builder is some actual furniture. Mojang has this weird double standard where they are fine doing decorative doors/carpets/windows/beds but they act as if it would ruin my creativity if I was able to make a functional chair that takes up a single block. Why do we have to use pressure plates as tables that click every time you brush past even though we have beautifully modeled and textured decor like lecterns? Sometimes it feels like Mojang forget that builders want more substance than just retextured 1x1 cubes. And even when it comes to retexturing 1x1 cubes, they mainly trickle out new wood types one at a time while we desperately beg them to just let us dye/paint planks already.
5:20 alright I have seen too many TH-camrs make the theory of sculk came from the centre of the ancient city even though the reinforced deepslate has sculk bone in its texture it’s actually so obvious same thing with the end portal it’s made of endstone from the end it’s impossible to build from the overworld so either whoever built the ancient city already had sculk around it or sculk came to the overworld like the end portal.
Mojang confirmed that's they will NEVER add a new dimension. It's sad but I think having it like that may make it a little less complicated, Minecraft's groundwork is as simple as it gets, but putting piano's on stilts isn't gonna hold the winter wind
It’s a double sided problem. The vocal majority plays Java so bedrock edition often gets sidelined with fan favourite features being removed in the name of ‘parity’. Yet when it’s convenient to do so, a bedrock feature/ unintentional jank which is actually useful gets ported directly to Java. It’s never really ‘the best of both games’, instead being whichever side is the most vocal. Bedrock has a much larger player base due to its availability but Java has tons of legacy players who don’t want their game to change for the better.
Having played minecraft since 2010. The biggest issue is no casual player will ever get blaze powder or even enough ender pearls to have enough to find the stronghold and fill it up. Even if you know what to do. Its too much grinding its not difficult its grindcraft when were supposed to have freedom in what we do

@@Lusyphel
" Idk, apparences can be deceiving. "
Except in this case they actively made sure that deep dark portals meet every possible condition to be a portal besides being properly functional, reinforced deepslate not appearing anywhere else alone is already weird enough
"And for the reinforced deepslate, we don't know what it's supposed to do. We compare it with the End Portal frame blocks but they don't have that much in common. "
What's the difference between the two? One is is in a ring shape, only appears in one very rare structure, is made of an indestructible and immovable material, is in a ring shape, has a marking of a very specific shape on top, and is made of an exclusive unobtainable material and the other is an end portal.
"Like, why even build some massive, fancy portal if you’re not gonna bother adding a way to, y’know, actually use it?"
Maybe instead of going in, something else comes out?
"The developper actually stated it's uses were not disclosed (or perhaps it has no use at all in game), in order to give the place some mystery"
The mystery is about as subtle as a nuclear bomb, like they're not fooling anybody when the portal aspects are so obvious
There is already an animated TV show for minecraft that Mojang is partnering with Netflix for and the trailer came out 7 months ago
When is it releasing tho
@ no idea they haven’t put a date
Imma stop you right there 8:35
not going to lie you did pretty good for your first Minecraft video
I think something that could bring so much more life to the game would be to add some dialogue to villagers that you can get side quest from and gain rewards.
The next thing for Minecraft is: Lawsuit
0:03 Why are you mad that we're getting new biomes and new building blocks
Yeh 🤣
Because that what’s in every filler update lol, get a brain
@HiImTumn wdym filler update? Also, why do you have to insult me?
@@HiImTumn fym
@@usersomethings well your insulting him
"Let me know if you want to see any more of this."
Um, yes please!
If we do get an end update, a cool loot item could be something that stops endermen from stealing your dirt. That could help people build in the end dimension.
The music you used gave me so much nostalgia; I miss legacy Minecraft. Great video!
So I got a better idea for the sculk dimension Endo, so I saw a theory once that the sculk is like a hivemind of sorts and the warden is basically just the defense mechanism against intruders, so what if instead a shadow warden what would be better is something more original to encourage travel, the boss can be the next of the hivemind with like a queen bee sorta boss (less bee and more scary and big tho) and you have to slay it's guards to kill it
I have an idea : a portal that you can place in the end to go back to the overworld so you can easily switch between these two dimensions
Random idea, mojang has added white wood through pale forests so maybe a black or dark wood for the end? Or some other shade of wood irl?
i think rushing water sounds would be difficult because rivers sit still in game
“Or maybe they’ll just make minecraft 2, the end” oh buddy do I have news for u
Editing on point like always.
I really hope Minecraft adds new mobs, perhaps the ones that were “lost” to time cause of the mob vote.
JUSTICE FOR THE MOOBLOOM. It’d be PERFECT for a seasons update arghhhh
Also someone wrote about you in an article on GameRant lol not sure if you saw it ^^
Hopefully they allow experimental features on realms
Loved the editing. Keep this up dude.🙃
I’m looking forward to Block by Block: The Amulet. That series is going to be 🔥

I am not even kidding, these unpopular youtubers with less than 100k subs have the best edits ong
With the seasons update they could add a new feature to hardcore mode, a temperature system, they already have a freezing death mechanic with snow, complete with a screen animation and everything, so the way you stay warm is crafting campfires and to a lesser extent torches
what a great personality revealed through the editing. awesome humor! keep up the hard work , hopefully this takes off for you and will be a substantial source of revenue for you
Thanks so much!
Talking about the "symphony of seasons" got me thinking of instruments added to Minecraft
A to show has already been announced for Netflix
Properly adding seasons to Minecraft is more complicated than it sounds. Sure there's a mod for it. But it requires the chunk to be within simulation distance in order for it to go through its seasonal transition. It kind of rips you out of the immersion when you're in the middle of a snow covered winter and you load in a chunk that hasn't seasonally updated yet because its beyond your simulation distance, and so its not covered in snow yet. Or vice versa.
We're talking about a system that can seamlessly update ALL chunks as the seasons change. Not just the chunks in your immediate surroundings.
How is this man’s first Minecraft video, it’s a masterpiece of misdirection
i think a new cave biome that is a "structure" and its just a long tube like cave. small little mine huts for chests are found here but as you go deeper you find the "home" of the mob. hes not as strong as the warden with it's broken attacks but has the same health and if you aren't careful will mess you up. this could be like a stone creature that when u get close it can like feel your vibrations and start moving towards you and if u start running it will chase you kinda thing. there would be ways to run away from it and this creature would spawn naturally only in this biome and it would freeze and turn back to stone once it stops moving.
Keep it UP DUDE! I can't stress enough how cool your ideas are and your way of showing it!
NINTENDO SWITCH 2 🗣️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
these are the type of vids I watch in order to expand my editing skills bro, awesome vid.
Bro, really good Minecraft video you need more content like this
You have predicted the future ofMinecraft 2. Congrats🎉
I just want useful things that aren't just for niche things, for example Swift Sneak being practically useless in a single-player run of Minecraft, I wanted vertical progression that makes it feel like I'm actually doing something in the game. Maybe even an update to farming.
Imagine they put a prehistoric seed into Minecraft with dinosaurs and all that stuff 😂
Here before "touched a minor" arc
The about to age like milk or like Wine.
To the future people, DO NOT LET THIS STATEMENT AGE LIKE WINE!!!
Wanna join the Anti Cringe Union?
what happened?
er
I have a big feeling your going to have a big name to the Minecraft community. Welcome to Minecraft content creation where once you go down this path. you never go back...
_Ps: dont touch minors of you do so_
the big portal is just to resemble the old warden design
Great music choice! I love Gareth Coker and his soundtrack for the minigames from minecraft legacy edition.
blud absolutely cooked here
i cant believe this is your 1st mc vid
id love to see more
incredible editing
Happy new year Endo
mojang please give us a ridable flying mob or ridable ocean mob
Me when Waxed Lightly Weathered Cut Iron Stairs:
All I want is vertical slabs
mojang said publically they would never add anymore dimensions
Cool video man
severely underrated channel!
he sorta right with the cold warm and hot pig plus the emersive leafs
Mojang: nah I’ll just keep coming out with tiny updates
End Update?
Yess please do more content like this
We need more blocks like the conduit
5:20 alright I have seen too many TH-camrs make the theory of sculk came from the centre of the ancient city even though the reinforced deepslate has sculk bone in its texture it’s actually so obvious same thing with the end portal it’s made of endstone from the end it’s impossible to build from the overworld so either whoever built the ancient city already had sculk around it or sculk came to the overworld like the end portal.
Endo is great
they're gonna make a UI update very soon btw, some leaks for bedrock edition has shown up (and it looks amazing)
I hope for Level of Detail, like Distant Horizons.
They should also update the end dimension it would be fantastic
9:31 He knew
Seasons are for MC 2 I believe
As someone starting their YT channel, that thumbnail is fire Endo
Mojang confirmed that's they will NEVER add a new dimension. It's sad but I think having it like that may make it a little less complicated, Minecraft's groundwork is as simple as it gets, but putting piano's on stilts isn't gonna hold the winter wind
well notch announced minecraft 2 so i think you're 3 days early
Notch announced Minecraft 2 📢
9:08 a netflix series is already confirmed
I would love a new dimension, but we need an end update first.
8:46 WAS THAT A SONIC CD REFERENCE
2:32 I mean, most of my ideas for new mechanics are just ripped straight from breath of the wild.
2:35
NO, NO JUST NOT THAT SOUND,NOT THAT SOUND.
they should make the game more immersive and optional omtimized graphic update
There is a TV show coming out already
Make End a place where you can live. Next question.
This guy has potential
they are making a Minecraft show
1:52 You know what else is massive?
It’s a double sided problem. The vocal majority plays Java so bedrock edition often gets sidelined with fan favourite features being removed in the name of ‘parity’. Yet when it’s convenient to do so, a bedrock feature/ unintentional jank which is actually useful gets ported directly to Java.
It’s never really ‘the best of both games’, instead being whichever side is the most vocal. Bedrock has a much larger player base due to its availability but Java has tons of legacy players who don’t want their game to change for the better.
This Was Actually Pretty Good Especially For Your First Minecraft Video! +1 Sub
That’s the thing: Nothing really. Leave the sandbox for the people within to shape.
Something big compatible or complementary with red stone. The negative to the positive.
Having played minecraft since 2010. The biggest issue is no casual player will ever get blaze powder or even enough ender pearls to have enough to find the stronghold and fill it up. Even if you know what to do. Its too much grinding its not difficult its grindcraft when were supposed to have freedom in what we do
