That's the first lexmoto I would even contemplate owning (if after a 125 again) to get an engine close to the cbt limit and ABS for that price is indeed good value if it hangs together over time. Like the street scrambler look too.. less so the satin black.
Thanks for the videos Mark, I’ve been watching your videos over the last few weeks and just taken my CBT today. Not bad for a 54 year old 😂 Had my nifty fifty back in the 80’s and just want a bike for exploring the back roads with odd dual carriage way travel for overtaking the Lorry’s. Still completely thrown by all the variations but 14hp+ for safety and love the styling of this one 👌🏼
Great-looking little bike. Imagine a 400cc version. The bigger engine would fill out that big space. A 150cc version would be more fun than a 125. I keep saying this, but 150s are common in Thailand. The tank is a good shape. Excellent TFT. 2,599 GBP! What a steal. Finally, I love those indicators. The usual thorough review, Mark.
One of my mates has just bought one of these, I've recently bought an 05' Varadero 125 for similar money. Its gonna be interesting compare the two and see which holds up better.
@@RogueLegend999 after having it for a month and a bit its a very good bike only thing I'd say is get some bar end mirrors the ones on it from the factory suck and the rear suspension is soft from the factory so tighten the rear spring and the gear linkage needed tightening on min aswell.
Thanks looking into getting one of these when I turn 17 in April as I have a lexmoto echo at the minute and there’s almost no reviews on TH-cam so this was very helpful thanks!
Seems like a nice ride. Trouble is i rode 250's in the 70's and always remember a friends Honda cb250 superdream being much slower than my Kawasaki z250 due to the Honda being about 45lbs heavier, its kind of why i like light bikes. To be fair i can see things have moved on and the big bike feel will be a selling point i assume. A very attractive bike, great price and a great review as always Mark.
Yeah the Superdream was a big bike for a 250, but the engine was overgeared and slow revving, Kawasaki got it right with the Z250, correctly geared and a very rev-happy engine, my brother had one and it was faster than my Z400 twin!!!!! 😮💨
None in particular, but your best bet is to check in with a dealer to see if it matches your criteria, it's a gorgeous solid looking machine and people tell's me that
Great looker, like the Matt black, front end reminds me of the Himalayan, can't spell, fab price, interesting how the top speed is 60 to 70, I only get that from my hunter 😁 great review Mark ❤ xx
I like your review videos very informative, im keen on getting the lexmoto xdv 125 but there is zero reviews on it, do you think you could maybe get your hands on one?
G'day Paul, great looking on it off roader slick and rugged look l would like too see it's performance of road but still this bike would be great in town travel and very cheap to run,, great review as always, cheers mate, ride safe, Neil 🤠.
this is so nice ive been looking for so long for a learner bike to accommodate my size being a 6,2 114kg bodybuilder its proving extremely difficult to find a 125 that I wont look silly on and i really want new not a varadaro
@@markpulling12 I bought it today because of your review it gets delivered tuesday it just ticks too many boxes not to buy plus i managed to get one that someone bought to learn on put on 300 miles and returned it and its still got near 2 year warranty I paid 2229
Great value for the money! It has some really nice features too like the sequential indicators and the rear light under the rear of the seat, hope you're okay mark, you sounded like you'd had a cold?

Lexmoto after sales customer service is non-existent. Cheap bikes for a reason. Buy a trusted honda most are bulletproof. These are shockingly unreliable. Get what you pay for in life, as simple as that.
@@balleyne9241 I think Zenlife (ironic name btw) is just having a bad day. Lexmoto offer a two years parts and labour warranty for their bikes. I bought one of the first LXR's back in 2018 when there were a few teething troubles, but it didn't cost me a penny. They tend to be much better built these days as Lexmoto have learnt lots along the way.

@@markpulling12Noticed they've increased the price of these to basically £2800 for the exact same bike so it's put me off that they got greedy.

Quite impressed with this ‘little’ 125 Mark, sounds like a 250!Thanks,
Stainless steel exhaust apparently, now £2759 in oct 24
