I used tethering to help with the rescue we saved. She had no manners and was a super, super excited 100% of the time. Tethering was one of the techniques I used to start working with Maggie. The prevention and redirection aspect of tethering is the best part of this technique. Not to mention how fast it helps build that bond! Can't recommend it for new dogs and puppies enough! Maggie has an excellent off leash heel now.
