It’ll come down to setting boundaries with clients. I’d keep your scheduled lead generation time set in stone. A handful of times you’ll have to pivot for example if someone calls and says I want to write an offer right now. However if 90% plus of the time you keep the lead generation time consistent and schedule around it you will do great. Once max capacity is reached you can bring on a buyers agent to show properties for you or you can consider leaving the full time job if financially it makes sense so you get an extra 40 hours per week towards real estate

You don’t have to attend closings as an agent. If you want to, maybe try an extended lunch break from your 8-4:30
and don't tell your prospective clients\clients that you're a part-time agent.
