    Some extra tips not found in the video: Make sure to eat lots of vegetables because sometimes cravings are a sign of a vitamin or micronutrient deficiency, don't keep bad food in your house because you will find it much harder driving to the store and getting it than walking to your fridge , and chewing some sugar free gum has been shown to help fight cravings when you're feeling especially weak. :)

      oats make me hungry, some fruits make me hungry. in general if i dont eat whole wheat bread with evrey meal i feel hungry. Potatoes are ok as long as i have bread with them they keep me full.

      +daniel floristeanu they aren't making you feel /full/ they are making you feel bloated and ballooooned, unless your tummy is still rumbling after eating, you're not hungry! You're just used to identifying this feeling as 'full', and need to rewire that association with /satisfied/. You should never feel like your tummy is stretching to bursting after eating.

    Wow, I didn't know this was a general thing. I drink decaf coffee (with a shot of almond milk and vanilla flavouring) when I start to crave sweets at night and it helps a lot.
    Now I can even say that it's backed up by science :D

    I had terrible cravings and I've discovered that to overcome your cravings you should face and overcome what causes you to crave,its difficult but it's doable. You'll feel better after you overcome your difficulties.

    apple cider vinegar drink works good for me.. it's my 3 month mark today and I've lost 35 lbs so far.. I find that it really does help me with suppressing appetite.

    Eat about 4 almonds (preferably raw) and it should keep you full for 2-3 hours even if your moving around a lot or doing some physical activity. I don’t like almonds but they still work and I wasn’t hungry from 1:50PM to 3:30PM after doing a hip hop class and skipping lunch :))

      You don't 'drink' apple cider vinegar. You neck it back from the bottle lid in your right hand, with a cup of other liquid drink in your left hand. As soon as the apple cider vinegar touches the back of your tongue - you simultaineously swallow and move the other cup of drink to your mouth - and after you swallow the vinegar - you gulp down some of your other drink to get rid of the gagging taste.
      You have o time it to perfection - otherwise it is not managable. As soon as I swallow cider vinegar, another form of liquid (tea for example) is entering my mouth to chase it down and get rid of the taste.

    Two tikka chicken skewers on a bed of well seasoned rice is my go to for mixing proteins with carbs. It always ,without fail, puts my hunger to bed. Especially after a workout.
    I also add a cup of Greek yogurt for the extra amino acids. I’m not a protein shake guy.

    3:08 - How could you possibly put butter in the same category as bread, ice cream and pizza? I'm doing keto and I wish I craved butter! Nobody just eats a bunch of butter with a spoon! Butter has zero carbs and is packed with nutritious fat-soluble vitamins.

    Have you done a video on the sauna? More specifically will adding in the sauna to the end of a work out (not replacing any of the workout) help with fat burning

    You mentioned potatoes as a food filler. But isn't it a carb?

      You should be having some amount of carbs in your diet even when losing weight. :)

      Eat sweet or purple potatoes or yams to get the most nutrients of eating a starch potato. Plain white and yellow potatoes have less nutrients and those nutrients help satisfy us. I've read this or learned this thanks to the internet so take it all with a grain of salt, or try it and see if it works! Good luck.

    Adding spice to food increases cravings for me. I am more addicted to spice than to sugar.

    Most of the time, when we eat, we still feel “hungry” when we’re full. Wait for 30 minutes after eating and you will probably feel full. However, if your still not full after 30 minutes then eat a small healthy snack (not a piece of cake or a whole meal and make sure it’s nothing fatty or sugary)

    For some reason if I ever have food and see someone else eating, doesn't matter what, I just don't feel hungry, I almost feel sick, even if they don't eat messily or anything..?..

    Great video but I've got a question (actually 2 but whatever) should I drink normal coffee or decaffeinated coffee? And can I still eat/use coconut oil while drinking coffee and lemon water?
