Bài phân tích thiếu rất nhiều. Việt Nam là quốc gia duy nhất ở Đông Nam Á có đủ bộ ba: tàu chiến mặt nước, tên lửa phòng thủ bờ biển (Bastion-P, 4k44 Redut, 4k51 Rubezh), tàu ngầm. Việt Nam còn đã tự đóng tàu cứu hộ ngầm, tàu bệnh viện (1 trong 8 nước trên thế giới có tàu bệnh viện). Với năng lực đóng tàu đứng thứ 7 thế giới năm 2023. Tôi nghĩ Việt Nam sẽ còn phát triển. Dù không hùng hậu so với Trung Quốc, nhưng đủ để bảo vệ vùng biển nước nhà.
Quan trọng nhất là Việt Nam có khả năng sản xuất VCM01, cho dù vẫn phải nhập khẩu một số linh kiện nhưng việc tự chủ như vậy là rất khá. Ngoài ra còn đóng được các loại tàu pháo, tàu chiến cỡ nhỏ.

Khmer did the same in the past which is why Funan was very big at one point. Khmer attacked Dai Viet, Champa , ... but was defeated by Dai Viet. Also sailors who were trained in EM warfare were sent to the front for counter drone and missile operations. Now only 30% of Ukraines make it to the target. What I can't figure out is why the Russian navy didn't use the same EM tech on their ships.

While sinking the Russian ships was a huge PR boost, strategically, I think the attacks hurt Ukraine. Suddenly, Russia doesn't need to give resources to the navy in a ground war. Also sailors who were trained in EM warfare were sent to the front for counter drone and missile operations. Now only 30% of Ukraines make it to the target.
What I can't figure out is why the Russian navy didn't use the same EM tech on their ships.
