Danny Wuerfful was in uniform on the sidelines as a RS. Meaning he was apart of 7 fsu/uf games from 92-96. Any RS FR. on either sideline actually. Gotta be a record for a non conference opponent?
Because FSU played basketball schools while Florida had to play football ones and then an SEC title game the next week. It’s kinda easy to have success when you recruit SEC talent while playing inferior opponents. But FSU wanted to be the big fish in the small pond, and we can see with the CFP bracket that they were always undeserving. They shouldn’t have been rewarded with high preseason rankings to begin with in the 90’s. They were always frauds.
