Florida State in 1991 was probably at WORST the second-best team in the country behind Washington but ended up with maybe the most hollow 11-2 season ever. In those days going 0-2 against Miami and Florida was a worse fate than having a losing season.

2022 revival Sunday night primetime these two teams haven't played since then I'm in Alabama fan though but I love watching a great game like this this upcoming Sunday but I got LSU winning 35 21

That one was for the national championship. A deflated FSU was just going through the motions while Florida was amped up like it was the Superbowl.
Carlton Reese he’s right. We’d have to be UF to get a mulligan after losing a game like that..1996 cough cough. If there had been a playoff, FSU would have multiple titles. So many times a little shit kicker cost us. We had nothing to play for after this. Washington wasn’t gonna play us because they were PAC 10(like in 1996 when we couldn’t play #2 ASU). Miami already beat us and were gonna play Nebraska. That 1991 loss hurt a lot.
