When I first remember watching College Football it was Chris and Bud Wilknson 1972 Penn State at West Virginia at OLD Mountaineer Field on the hill by the river !!!!! His voice was so monotone NEVER GOT FIRED UP LIKE KEITH DOES HERE WITH DOLPHINS LEGEND BOB GRIESE !!!! Remember KEITH Called a few games with Bud in 1974 & 1975 when Chris would be doing Bowling Tour !!!!! !
Great season until the end of the year 11-2 but lost to scUM and UF towards the end of the year. I remember going to the VA tech that year with my dad and brother in Orlando. We are 4 hours from tally so it was cool to go to a game closer by home. They played 6 ranked teams plus LSU and VA tech who weren't ranked. I would do almost anything to see us get back to the glory years. Even 2013 seems a million years ago
I miss real football!!! The way it is played today is so weak...I told a friend that I played with that coaches a high school team that I don't know if I could coach bc the way we was taught to play & if you didn't play that way the coach would pull you off the field.....those same plays im talking about will get you ejected nowadays.....I hope they don't end up making college's start playing flag football......keep government out of sports! Lol.....did anyone see how many targeting calls would have been made in this game if it was called the same way it is today?! Lol
When I watch FSU games from 20-30 years ago I notice most of the fans would wear white t shirts w/ some logo on them. Now it’s almost exclusively garnet t shirts.

This is the first FSU game I ever watched as I moved to Tallahassee in 1991 and started attending the university. Noles fan for life now.
