That was the fundamental problem i did not realise that one drink was so powerful! That you could go right back to what you where like. That went completely past me for 46 years!
While I enjoy your talks the most I wish to point out that you need to see to the volume issue. Sometimes the volume goes so low when Marcus is speaking I need to adjust and readjust again when Terry takes over. Other times it's the other way round...it distracts my attention. Cheers for the great work 👍
Last year, I went 249 days without alcohol. On the 4th of July ‘20, I started drinking again. This past 11 months have been hard; I want to be alcohol free again. So Number Five is very helpful. I KNOW how to do this. I have successfully done this before. Thanks for a good broadcast.
Hi, I love your channel today I'm 17 days sober after a relapse of 1yr. In this video your volume is so low. Can you please higher it for next video. Thanks #Talksober
i love your honesty. For years I was never drawn towards the mental stuff. I had a good life and wasnt drowning my sorrows. I told my husband Im caught chemically. Ive been to Drs and openly told them I am a binger. Not once was I offered meds. I didnt even know there was such a thing as blockers.I dont have insurance so I cant go to a Dr right now to get meds....I will have insurance shortly at 65. What do you guys recommend for the chemical addictions. I appreciate your saying the craving lasts about 15 minutes.

Yes, believing in yourself, and, sometimes reframing the definition of success is extremely important! It's all about taking our power back :)

Love the topic this week. Thanks for the great stream Marcus and Terry!
FYI - Something is wrong with your mic because I have my laptop speaker on full blast and I can hardly hear you.
God work
Terry’s volume is so much higher. I like to listen quietly in bed and can’t. He comes across so loud.
I like to hear from Marcus, but his audio is always so crappy, gottaatta bail. Terry is always cool.
Terrys volume is always way too loud 😣😣 I know your content is goo but this volume thing is annoying.
Your audio is always crap.
It's marcus, his mic is really low on volume. Terry is fine
Rude keyboard warrior-
I agree that Marcus is hard to hear. Why not just say your audio is low Marcus? No need to be rude.
@@MichelleEaton He is british 😁😁
