@ Jay Kennedy - So true. I've said this before; Even though these are mega mansion, "fantasy homes", they are not presented with a pretentious, elitist attitude.
What I love seeing is that the owner shows he actually lives in his house. Glade in the bathroom. Dogs running about. Love to see someone actually show their home as it is. A home.

Enes and Mikey, as usual, watching both of you is truly enjoyable. Regarding this house, I must express that I would feel as though I were residing in a hotel. Regrettably, some of these builders and developers have taken things too far, and now it no longer feels like a home!
I love it; it looks absolutely fantastic, especially ideal for parties. I recently acquired two houses in Malibu for $31 million, and they are just as spacious and appealing. It seems to be a matter of personal preference, and my client shares the same sentiment.
It's like a caricature of what a poor person imagines a rich persons house would look like. Great job Enes and Mikey, you guys are pros. But I personally think this house gives off the vibe of an airport Holiday Inn with a touch more budget.
They tried to downplay it but this is clearly a swingers house. TWO king beds together? And the enormous shower is clearly for more than TWO. It’s awesome any way you look at it though.
Lake Mead at historic lows, I think we figured out where all the water went. It's like they designed the bathroom as a fuck you to mother nature, and the rest of the building as a fuck you to people with decent taste. They're are some cool elements to it though.
Yeah that's an interesting, but apt way to put it. It's a interesting house with a lot of features and design details, but leaves me cold. Not my taste at all, it's so "Vegas" if you will lol. I will admit though, that master bath is off the chart hott.
I certainly saw postal office myself based on the front of it but airport holiday inn is also spot on. Not sure who designed it

Not a single feminine touch in this place, even the main bedroom with its car port. The whole thing is just a man cave for a sports fan (urinals rule!!!!!), I loved it.
My wife said I would be living there alone if I bought it. Perhaps that is why it is on sale, just a guess.

I'm usually not that impressed with most mega mansions but the architect and interior designer of this one 200% knocked this one out of the park. All the details in every room had my jaw dropping.
Worthy of my time watching this.
So many unnecessary thing, though. What's with all the fireplaces just for display, when we are debating about how CO2 is a problem? Someone with pyrophobia would immediately put off by this. All the automated doors are gonna age bad and so many repairs are to come in the wrong run. The golf course and rock climbing, yeah they would be bored in about 10 mins. And that elevator for car is nothing but a recipe for disaster. Imagine kids fooling around laying under the space where elevator would come down. There is apparently no safety feature on that.

Agreed, here in the uk we throw this type of thing up on industrial estates to sell cars or just fuel. It’s not nice to think of living in that. Tacky and cheap looking. Zero character

For me Enes this house is the nicest one out of all the ones you’ve shown even the $295 million house in LA.
They really did look at all the little details, I’m not even kidding I’d take this home over all the others. A bowling alley or a nightclub is near and all but you can always just go to one. This is all the home you could ever need.

I've seen a lot of these videos, I really enjoy them, but I'm at the point where nothing really stands out anymore. And then...the car port that brings the car up to the master suite. So the owner can go directly from his bedroom into his car and drive out. That's insane
Many house have bedroom on the front side of the house, usually they share the same hallway that goes to the garage. I guess it's not that different.

It seems as though the person who designed this home has taken a lot of iconic features from many well known Las Vegas venues and incorporated these into a well designed home. Great job making this a true Las Vegas Valley home.

Makes me smile that it's considered 'crazy' to be able to drink mains water in a developed country in 2021. I'm 39 and live in the UK and you've been able to drink mains water safely here for my entire life.
I guess that's what you get for wanting to build your mansion in a dry, inhospitable desert

I live in the US and drink “mains” water all the time. I think you have the wrong impression. It may be different in Las Vegas considering the fact you live in a dry desert, which is par for the course.
He was likely alluding to how reverse-osmosis filters remove fluoride. Can't exactly get a well in Vegas, so you would be drinking city water.

In addition to all the trades used on the construction and staging; staff is a must for maintain the splendor of the fit and finish. All materials are top of the line. The construction techniques are as solid as it gets. The design is truly marvelous. Amazing property!

Well there is a difference between having mountains with easy access to fresh water and having dry desert. In the case of Vegas it's much more impressive to have tasty drinkable water right from the tap

There are a lot of homes in Vegas that are showcase homes. Beautiful but would need a team to keep clean and functional. I used to want a fancy home now I just want a simple home with lots of land so I dont have noisy morons around me.

Commercial construction is miles above the quality of residential on average. You are saying a more expensive construction method filled with more expensive things is supposed to trick people? Plus it seems to have been owner designed by someone who made their money building and remodeling other people's stuff.

I've been watching this channel for a long time, and I have to say this is my favorite house ever showcased. For over a year now, my favorite house was the 18.95 million dollar Bel Air home with Lakeside views. But, this one beats that one. The 39.5 million New York City penthouse came close, but couldn't beat it in the end. But, this one did it. Much applause to the builder of this home and sending love and blessings to Enes, Mikey and all who read this.
Outside of the flawless editing, I love how the built in clocks in the walls snitch on you, earlier in the video it was 5:30pm then downstairs it was 2:26pm, I believe it must have taken hours to completely tour this amazing residence along with you getting the perfect shot for each segment, but I digress. Bro....always amazing content and I am curious as to how you always pick the dopest music for the video's....also, massive respect to Enes for always validating and including Mikey's input. You guys are doing a great job at touring houses I'll never be able to just buy, so thank you for this imaginative insight to how the rich live. Keep up the hard work, you guys are great.
