What I love seeing is that the owner shows he actually lives in his house. Glade in the bathroom. Dogs running about. Love to see someone actually show their home as it is. A home.

Not a single feminine touch in this place, even the main bedroom with its car port. The whole thing is just a man cave for a sports fan (urinals rule!!!!!), I loved it. My wife said I would be living there alone if I bought it. Perhaps that is why it is on sale, just a guess.

I'm usually not that impressed with most mega mansions but the architect and interior designer of this one 200% knocked this one out of the park. All the details in every room had my jaw dropping.
So many unnecessary thing, though. What's with all the fireplaces just for display, when we are debating about how CO2 is a problem? Someone with pyrophobia would immediately put off by this. All the automated doors are gonna age bad and so many repairs are to come in the wrong run. The golf course and rock climbing, yeah they would be bored in about 10 mins. And that elevator for car is nothing but a recipe for disaster. Imagine kids fooling around laying under the space where elevator would come down. There is apparently no safety feature on that.
Ooooohhhh. Almost a full 50 minutes of luxurious, home-baked deliciousness. And that opening 2 minute preview was fantastic. Superb shot selection & editing.
It seems as though the person who designed this home has taken a lot of iconic features from many well known Las Vegas venues and incorporated these into a well designed home. Great job making this a true Las Vegas Valley home.
I think designer just threw bowl of spaghetti in plans and came up with this architecture, this house has no form or structure or deconstruction, just soulless bowl of mixed “cool things” and ridiculous and frankly cheap feeling shopping mall aesthetic.
I've seen a lot of these videos, I really enjoy them, but I'm at the point where nothing really stands out anymore. And then...the car port that brings the car up to the master suite. So the owner can go directly from his bedroom into his car and drive out. That's insane
I saw this home listing on the local news in Las Vegas! I only seen the pictures of inside on the website and fell in love. Now I seen a whole tour and it's better than I expected! Unbelievable man!
We installed solar panels on this house about 3 years ago. Back then it was still in construction. Definitely a special house and it’s great to see how it looks today!

Lake Mead at historic lows, I think we figured out where all the water went. It's like they designed the bathroom as a fuck you to mother nature, and the rest of the building as a fuck you to people with decent taste. They're are some cool elements to it though.

I live in the US and drink “mains” water all the time. I think you have the wrong impression. It may be different in Las Vegas considering the fact you live in a dry desert, which is par for the course.

I've been watching this channel for a long time, and I have to say this is my favorite house ever showcased. For over a year now, my favorite house was the 18.95 million dollar Bel Air home with Lakeside views. But, this one beats that one. The 39.5 million New York City penthouse came close, but couldn't beat it in the end. But, this one did it. Outside of the flawless editing, I love how the built in clocks in the walls snitch on you, earlier in the video it was 5:30pm then downstairs it was 2:26pm, I believe it must have taken hours to completely tour this amazing residence along with you getting the perfect shot for each segment, but I digress. Well there is a difference between having mountains with easy access to fresh water and having dry desert. In the case of Vegas it's much more impressive to have tasty drinkable water right from the tap

Enes and Mikey, as usual, watching both of you is truly enjoyable. Regarding this house, I must express that I would feel as though I were residing in a hotel. Regrettably, some of these builders and developers have taken things too far, and now it no longer feels like a home!
I love it; it looks absolutely fantastic, especially ideal for parties. I recently acquired two houses in Malibu for $31 million, and they are just as spacious and appealing. It seems to be a matter of personal preference, and my client shares the same sentiment.

Its def perfect debauchery nest. Master bedroom with enough room for six people to sleep in a bed, a direct car access to the bed, huge party spaces. This is a fun house for sure.

The last one you did in Vegas was spectacular! This one just looks like an office building. Some very tacky looking choice of materials and the led lights not done in a classy way. The highlights of this house are the man cave and basketball court and rock climbing wall, but even then none of it seems very homey Love your tours though Enes, keep it up :)

This is the kind of house I could easily spend several years in without stepping foot outside even once! Heck, I'm sure that for some people, the world could end and they would be more than happy and satisfied just staying in that house!

I find myself not going out much from the space where I live in now and the type of spaces I've been living all my life which are by far a tiny fraction of such mansions. So knowing that and knowing myself, it wouldn't matter if I get used to it. Such a mansion has way, way more than I need to not have to step foot outside. This is why the Covid lock downs didn't affect my life much. I wasn't going out much anyways and working from home.

@@johndelpho123 That's the thing, I like it. And yes, I have been in closed malls way outside of business hours and I absolutely love it! I wish I could experience that more often. I don't particularly like crowds, most of the time I find them annoying, at worse they get me nervous. Every now and then I like them, but I have to be in a special mood. I don't set out for crowds. No need to spend energy observing, adjusting my behaviour and maneurisms, raise my environmental awareness, filter out noise and nonsense, yells and farts.

Many house have bedroom on the front side of the house, usually they share the same hallway that goes to the garage. I guess it's not that different.

That part of the video is what impressed me the most! You can jump out of bed, wash and dress and get into your Corvette and drive!
It’s a hellofa walk to the beach though.

Outside of the flawless editing, I love how the built in clocks in the walls snitch on you, earlier in the video it was 5:30pm then downstairs it was 2:26pm, I believe it must have taken hours to completely tour this amazing residence along with you getting the perfect shot for each segment, but I digress. Bro....always amazing content and I am curious as to how you always pick the dopest music for the video's....also, massive respect to Enes for always validating and including Mikey's input. You guys are doing a great job at touring houses I'll never be able to just buy, so thank you for this imaginative insight to how the rich live. Keep up the hard work, you guys are great.

Well there is a difference between having mountains with easy access to fresh water and having dry desert. In the case of Vegas it's much more impressive to have tasty drinkable water right from the tap

Enes and Mikey, as usual, watching both of you is truly enjoyable. Regarding this house, I must express that I would feel as though I were residing in a hotel. Regrettably, some of these builders and developers have taken things too far, and now it no longer feels like a home!
I love it; it looks absolutely fantastic, especially ideal for parties. I recently acquired two houses in Malibu for $31 million, and they are just as spacious and appealing. It seems to be a matter of personal preference, and my client shares the same sentiment.

Its def perfect debauchery nest. Master bedroom with enough room for six people to sleep in a bed, a direct car access to the bed, huge party spaces. This is a fun house for sure.

The last one you did in Vegas was spectacular! This one just looks like an office building. Some very tacky looking choice of materials and the led lights not done in a classy way. The highlights of this house are the man cave and basketball court and rock climbing wall, but even then none of it seems very homey

Definitely a mall!! But....I dunno, I do kinda like this one, tho. But I wouldnt live there if it was just me and the wife. Hell, or even if the kids were still home. Too much space to keep clean and would never get used. Id wanna have massive parties all the time just to fill the place with people.

I find myself not going out much from the space where I live in now and the type of spaces I've been living all my life which are by far a tiny fraction of such mansions. So knowing that and knowing myself, it wouldn't matter if I get used to it. Such a mansion has way, way more than I need to not have to step foot outside. This is why the Covid lock downs didn't affect my life much. I wasn't going out much anyways and working from home.

@@johndelpho123 That's the thing, I like it. And yes, I have been in closed malls way outside of business hours and I absolutely love it! I wish I could experience that more often. I don't particularly like crowds, most of the time I find them annoying, at worse they get me nervous. Every now and then I like them, but I have to be in a special mood. I don't set out for crowds. No need to spend energy observing, adjusting my behaviour and maneurisms, raise my environmental awareness, filter out noise and nonsense, yells and farts.
