    Ingredeints to make Oats Laddu:
    1 cup oats - fry for 5mins , then grind
    1 cup almonds- roasted for 5mins, then grind
    1cup dates, then grind
    Desiccated Coconut - optional

    I made these following your recipe religiously and they were absolutely beautiful.👌
    My whole family loved them as my husband took them to work,🚘 my son is very conscious about his health & fitness and he loves them because of the protein value🍎🍏🍋... my daughter loves them because she loved the taste, 👩and I was so happy with them due to the health value as I am trying to lose weight and I used to have one of these for breakfast.🥦🥥🍉🥝
    The only problem is they only lasted 2-days so I have to make more more regularly😋😍😍

    You can mix everything in bigger mixture ...no honey needed at all ..you can add so many other healthy seeds n nuts like peanuts , walnuts, flaxseeds , chia seeds etc lightly roasted xx

    Easy to make and well explained recipe! I enjoyed every bit of it - from making to eating it. My dad being a diabetic patient is consuming it and his sugar has not spiked up! I used the True Elements Rolled Oats to make this recipe as the are easily available online!

    Thanks for the healthy receipe, I have read in ayurveda that, ghee and honey shouldn't be mixed and eaten at a time.. so, instead of honey , I think little jaggery syrup can be the optional,

    Omg....Meenashi ji I made these exactly following your recipe p and I had to add about 3 tablespoons of peanut butter and about out half a tablespoon of honey for it to bind well. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY LOVELY...GREAT TASTE AND TEXTURE. MU KIDS AND HUSBAND LOVES THEM and I'm very happy that they are eating good nutritious snacks rather than chocolates and sweets.
