Thank you Sanjeev kapoorji. Your idea was great. But customized for our needs... to avoid lot of sugar n ghee...for elders n diabetics....when you dry roast ragi atta. Walnuts. On low flame. Grind walnuts when cool n add dates without seeds, cardamon, dalchini, n raisins. Coarse grind n add atta , n grind n make ladoo. Just little greasing hand with ghee is enough. To make lovely laddoo. N we get this healthy laddoo. Yes it's double thaduka....really. thank you. Njoyed this.

Sir, I added almonds, cashews, gond(goonder), pak masala(ayurvedic), gokhru, piprimool, elaichi, nutmeg and soonth, added half jaggery and half sugar. Decorated it with melon seeds. Trust me sir, this ragi has helped me overcoming weakness. Will add walnuts in next batch
Thanks 🙏 But in south india we make sweet ragi puttu. Tht ragi atta is steamed well. Else..tht kachapan ..doesn't go of ragi atta even if you toss it well. ✨ Thanks. It's a childhood favourite sweet. ✨ cheers.

We can use 2 to 3 tablespoons of ghee to melt the Jaggery instead of water to increase laddu's shelf life... I have tried it... Outcome was amazing ❤
