I actually think he's going so slowly to show beginners that it's making it a bit difficult for him. He's clearly not used to going soooo slowly for a demonstration. I've seen him clean 30+ pound mahi in 1/10th the time so he's really slowing it down.

Nice job ! U really dont get much from a sea bass i just filets a 20 inch sea bass last night same way and got like a softball size of meat !
Maybe, it's a sign, maybe in some sort of an odd way, to consume the whole fish, and not just the filets?
@@kellyr8230 yea eat the bones great idea !! Thats like when u eat a steak rite or ribs or chicken wings u eat everything rite !!
@Squelch lol some fish are super boney like shad so we slow cook them on smoker and you can eat the bones but yeah seah bass is awesome tasting. Would never smoke that.
