    Looks delicious. I love parsley. Someone recently told me he boils parsley and drinks the water for his sore back. I haven't tried it yet, but he says it really works. Thanks for sharing this pesto recipe.

    Use the flat side of the blade on your chef knife to bash the garlic clove on the cutting board.
    It will then be very easy to remove the skin and chopping is much simpler.

      definitely get it from fresh fruits and veges and avoid supplementation or foods that are fortified with iron, if you can... but, if you get ample vitamin C, this is actually a better approach to help ensure that you are absorbing the iron that comes in... of course, parsley is good for that... dr pauling recommends taking 3,000 mg of vitamin C per day for most relatively healthy people... and 6,000 mg of C for those with more serious health challenges... of course you still want to consume C from foods as much as possible as well, but C supplements are one of the better supplements to take regularly... and C supplements are best taken with meals throughout the day... supplementation of minerals are questionable typically, so do some research about supplementing with things like iron, calcium, copper and magnesium and such
