Following on from Hannah's other amazing recipes comes this delicious parsley pesto that goes with pretty much anything!
Ingredients:
2 Bunches of parsley
3 cloves of garlics
500 ml (1 pint) of olive oil
250g (9oz) Parmesan cheese
50g (2oz) pine kernels
Pinch of salt
1 - 2 squeezed lemons
1 tsp honey
Blend to required smoothness

probably not with the cheese. You could freeze it, just leave the cheese out, and grate some in your portion when you thaw it.
What brand of blender are you using? Model number? It looks like a great machine.

Hanna's recipe looks delicious, but PLEASE tell me she did not stick the spoon in her mouth to taste @ 4:32, then use it to scoop out the last bit @ 5:16. But I do really enjoy videos with her in them.
Add the parsley stems too, very flavourful also. And way too much oil, it should be a paste not a liquid in the end.

that was WAY too much oil. I don't even add oil...I just add it to the pan when I want to warm it up.
If you can eat that entire tub of pesto, then I think you have more problems than what's in the pesto.

Olive oil is primarily monounsaturated fat :/ learn your fats buddy
