Good video, however I don't recommend putting boiling water into a plastic container. Harmful chemicals can leech into the water.
That may be another reason she lets it steep for two hours. I think it is cool by then.

U can rinse it and lay it on parchment paper and dehydrat it in oven on low for like 40min and dry it out to cook with
