Congratulations!!! You are the winner for the Scuba S1 Pro Pool Robot! Send me an Email at Chadscustom at G mail Dot com and I will get your address and ship off your new pool helper.
First off I'd like to say I am very "Team Chads Custom Creations".. You did some very good work here. And it's "pertty" . Having said that, you should never jump in the water with freaking electricity "plugged" in to it.... Even to prove a point.. It's still dangerous. What if something had gone wrong and you got electrocuted with no one around to stop the power? I mean how would we get to see more videos? HUH? The reason you weren't unalived by the electricity was that the power cord provides a better path to ground than your body or the water does. THIS TIME. That is why you got shocked only when you put your finger In the path of electricity traveling between the two wires. Power comes in the hot wire, goes through whatever it's powering and goes back down the the negative wire to ground. If you are between them when this happens you become part of the circuit and get popped. If any part of your body provides a better path to ground than the ground wire itself does, you will get popped or electrocuted.. Electrocution by definition means you die. Not a good thing and nothing to play with. You did however dispel a lot of myths about getting electrocuted in water. As far as all your erosion goes, maybe fill in some dirt around your concrete blocks and then cover them with rock to keep the dogs from digging.... use rough rock not smooth river rock because dogs don't like to dig in rock. Better yet enclose the underside of the deck altogether to keep the pets and critters out of there. Install a couple of hatches so you can get in under there when you need to. Still love the build but I would have never jumped in the pool with some electricity flowing into it especially with no one around to turn it off. You are crazy BTW.... My only criticism. Great content..... still subscribed.
John you’re absolutely right! I guess worst case scenario would be if a tree branch broke open the hot wire on the string lights and fell into the pool while the neutral stayed shielded somehow. Though I am still curious how far out that would dissipate in my pool even with 3,400ppm salt which should provide some decent conduction. I am team John BTW 😉
@@ChadsCustomCreations Haha.. Thanks. I had no concerns about the lights hanging over the pool just the crazy guy jumping in the pool with a live wire swimming around. Perhaps if you used a lower voltage light system it would be a less risk of shocky.. maybe 12 or 24 volts.. again like you said unless a tree branch falls and knocks the lights into the pool you should be okay. You probably won't be swimming out there during a wind storm anyway. But then again you are crazy....

As mandatory funday always says- “Live. Laugh. Toaster bath”
😂
What is the name of your 3d printer?
It’s an old Longer LK5

@@ChadsCustomCreations that's awesome. I have a cheap red laser that you don't see during the day. Building a new shed next month could use something like this. Was a long time waiting for the video again. But it was worth the wait. The jumping in the pool scared me do with the life Leeds. 😅
I feel I need a Scuba diver to clean the deep end of my pool.
