I sat passenger in an MP4-12C. Driver used go race Ferrari Challenge series. Took me for a few laps around Inde Motorsports Ranch. This car on track was the scariest yet safest and fast! I was speechless. Someday I'd like to own one. Send it on track.
That MP4 12C would make a good race with your GTR on the quarter mile. It would be awesome to watch a video you driving your GTR on the Tail of The Dragon road and your brother driving his R8 on the trail just following each other. I love watching road trip videos with cool cars.
my friends dad has a huggggge collection of cars from hot rods to modern muscle. he has the new vette and this mclaren both in white as well. Never rode in it but my friends drove it a few times and he said its fast afffff.
These cars are beautiful. We have a Dr at work who drives a McLaren. It's blue with yellow stripes on it. Very cool looking machine. Love how excited you get when you have something more out of the ordinary to drive. NOW, if you can just get your hands on a Tesla S Plaid. 😮👀😃😄
Very pretty but not sure I would ever own a mclaren out of warranty. I remember Rob Ferretti’s video about the mclaren with a broken steering rack that was going to cost I believe it was $30K or $35K.
Yeah I saw that vid. Comes with the territory. But the 12C's that were after the first 1000 cars seem much better then the first batch. And this one had 30 miles. So it's probably a good one since it's still running fine. I didn't have any issues with it
Affordable till that hydraulic suspension has a fault... 🙄 and dang near every other feature this car offers. Especially the wing! 🤬 Dont be sucked in by its cool style like me... 😂
And actually this is a stupid car market in a regular market these go for about late 80's to late 90's and these things can take some mileage with like 30k you can pick em up for like 85
the redline was at over 8k rpm, i didn’t even notice you go above 6 or 7k, as far as i can tell; you never even experienced the full punch of this 12c!
I'm not going to drive a car I don't own like that. If I did I would just get comments of people who are mad that I 'abused' the car. So I can't make everyone happy. I got on it enough to know it's very fast! It's a sweet car for sure!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed that’s fair, but i’m sure 90% of people who click on a video of a downpipe+tuned mclaren expect to see some WOT pulls all the way to redline, if anything, i see people generally complain about cars like that not being driven hard enough! i was watching a video of a mclaren f1 being driven pov and i saw plenty of comments praising the driver for driving it the way it was meant to be
haha this would be a sweet upgrade! It's a sellers market tho. So you could list your car and get it gone. Or trade it in for this and save on the taxes ;)
@@BrosFOURRSpeed . Just looked online,a 2014 going for £81000 ! 😕 Prices shooting up in the 2nd hand market here in the UK. Jaguar stretched me at £43500. Do love my Jag, best looking car rockin up at school. I’m the caretaker(janitor if you like). Kids call it the bat mobile😀

Still the best bargain supercar you can get. Even gives the Corvette Zo6 a run for its money
The Mclaren is a sweet supercar! However the reliability is what keeps me from buying one! It's a bargain, but not on maintenance :)

Yeah I'd love to see how this could stack up against the GTR! We havent made it to the dragon yet. But we've done some fun mountain road trips!

The exhaust system sounds a little choppy but I like it.

MP4-12C is cheap for a reason....stuff breaks a lot and costs 10s of thousands to fix...i would rather have the NSX for that kind of money
