How you get feedback from game? All via controller driver (especially data for pad vibration?) or you connected everything to steering wheel directly? and that is enough to calculate how to move the platform?
How can i launch the game to play vr and motion from simtools. Cant do both together. If i hit the launch button on simtools doesnt start in vr. And if i launch in vr cant get motion
Whiche belt tensioner ;) I switched to simhub one, it is stepper motor based. Totally different that the servo. For the servo latest info is on the site
@@vatcalium it is SimHub based, you can find all info there. I made slight modifications, will try to publish next week. Price wise it is about 250 EUR and about a day print time. Totally worth it, much better than servo and quieter (still the noisiest system on my rig). Also made videos waiting to be edited ;)
True that! And i upgraded last month to Quest 3 from 2 and it is big difference as well! Hopefully we will get soon VR support in EA WRC as I am quite enjoying it.
@@57uyo you can try EA WRC in VR with the UEVR mod by praydog. It's okish... you need to set shadows and post processing to low in game, and ambiant occlusion off in the mod menu.
Im having a very hard time getting smooth framerate in vr on my pc. Quest 2 on virtual desktop, 2080 super gpu and ryzen 5 3700 cpu. I get like 30-50 fps in game, but the headset is showing 90
Hello can you do the part2 of the RS Mega ? Please

I have followed your guide to build a belt tensioner. Have you got any plans to update it with the most current 3d prints you have?

EA WRC is fun but Dirt Rally 2.0 in VR is a completely different vibe.

I upgraded to 4080 and Quest3, it is great at ultra. The video capture is low framerate - still figuring out how to make proper VR capture.
