We still don't have feasible supersonic suborbital transport that will take you halfway around the world (20000km) in five hours or so - that's the type of air transport that should come next. I'm still trying to figure out why we're combining a car with a light aircraft - where's the gap in the transport market supposedly to be filled with this concept? Seems silly...
Firstly, the concept isn't silly at all. If seen from the futuristic arena, if we are able to colonize Mars, this vehicle will ensure the best possible way for the expedition of its terrain. Secondly, just like motor cars, we had a horse- pulling wagons, people might have thought of motor car a shitty idea until its invested for more research and now we all can see its achievements.

I think it reduces loading and unloading time, plus probably less security (no worrying about hijacking if there is no way to get to the cockpit). It might also make cargo loading quicker. TF X is way more sleak and better this seems to bulky and to many parts the TF X really had me amazed and I would love to see this take off mainstream for average people to use and buy at a decent price

They tried this in NYC in the 1960's. Worked great until helicopters started falling out of the sky or running into buildings in bad weather.
