sir I'm a pig farmers from india wanted your guidance in buying a microscope we require in a budget how much magnification is basic required for checking sperm.
Why can't you count sperm you see? I don't get it. What would be different. I assume all you have to do is take an area count and multiply by the magnification and you'll get an estimaate. What is the problem?
Thank you for your comment! After doing more digging into the WHO Sperm Analysis document, there is in fact a section dedicated to how to estimate your sperm count that can be done at home. What I stated in the video is incorrect. I will release a blog article that details this soon and will at some point released a corrected video.
I purchased a AmScope to look at dog semen and I can't see anything. It has a WF25X eye piece and 100/1.25, 40/0.65, 10/0.25, and 4/0.10 lens. Sorry, I don't the technical terms. Should this microscope work for this? Or am I probably doing something wrong?
You both bring up a good points. I wasn't sure what the right answer was so I asked ChatGPT. Here's what it said: "Both titles could work, but they convey slightly different nuances: "What Microscopes can See Sperm" - This title is more general and suggests that you'll be discussing the capabilities of microscopes in general when it comes to viewing sperm. "Which Microscopes can See Sperm" - This title is more specific, indicating that you'll be providing information about the types or specific models of microscopes that are suitable for viewing sperm." I appreciate you all pointing out any errors in grammar or content though!

Fix your thumbnail title: "Which," not "What."
it is fine. there is no defined number of microscopes to chose from or it is unknown.
