How you able to get so much speed quickly and effortlessly off the shotgun like that?

i could do a really long explanation as to why it works but ill try to keep it as simple as possible:
scoutdigo's shotgun has a recoil mechanic that works by giving you railmovespeed equal to your speed, and railmovespeed is the same value that allows noise to break the speedcap (im going to do a breakdown video on railmovespeed in the future so im sure any questions you have will be answered in that)

I also found a way to break the speedcap without the shotgun that will likely improve any other level's TASes
i think TheNja stopped making TASes though because scoutdigo has some issues in libTAS that makes it really tedious to make a TAS for any level
