watching the game display "Pizza Tower Island" when doing the Crumbling Tower of Pizza in reverse brings back memories of fucking around with the Action Replay in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl and the game displaying "Mystery Zone" whenever you go out of bounds
This is actually how Pizza Tower was designed to be played, endlessly fighting the Noise as the tower collapses from the sheer speed and chaos of thr battle. McPig ended up changing this to conceal Noise's true power as much as possible, he did so by giving half his power to Peppino. The two of them are truly two halves of the same powerhouse

@deez6683 As someone who abused CYOP’s features, I can confirm it’s possible to clip through things if one goes very fast. I would have bet if Peppino and Noise went any faster in Bloodsauce Dungeon, they would have clipped through the entire level (Probably why they stayed at 126 units).

Gotta love how the sheer hatred between Peppino and Noise - two of the fastest creatures in the universe, constantly pushing barriers in their game - allowed them to essentially break every single barrier in the game. It's kind of poetic. Great job on this TAS, surprising how it barely took a year and a half for this game to somehow get under 15 minutes.
I love how badass the line at 13:08 was with “we’re locking the FUCK in” because in the video it was extremely awesome, but while making the TAS “locking the FUCK in” meant more like locking in trying not to fall asleep making EVERY IMPUT

@@LeBabol that's not what negative mach is, only an application of it Negative Mach is making your horizontal speed go lower than your movespeed through the "railmovespeed" variable. This is used for temporarily lowering your speed OR in this case, to convert to positive mach through fightball and use schwoosts, allowing for infinite speed gain. (Fun fact: the method of negative mach done to not lose movespeed but still perform negative mach is only able to be done by peppino, so infinite speed isn't possible without him)

I knew about TCTOP early by doing a similar thing on Floor 5. I had NO IDEA you could achieve the same thing on Floor 3. That’s mad impressive to figure out and route into a TAS. Can’t imagine how long that must’ve taken.
Love how each character is being used, noise is being used to build up speed usually, and peppino is for harnessing that speed due to his wall running not brutally beating out speed buildup like how noise's wall peelouts would
to put it more accurately, noise is good at quick acceleration, not as good at handling high speeds. he can get to about a max of about 30-50 speed on his own very quickly, but can't accelerate much past that point peppino can actually get infinite speed on his own, it just takes longer and using noise will speed up this process
