Repairing the Horrible Rust On My Roof !! 350z

Although it might have been my own neglect that led the rust build-up to be so bad. We finally tackled the mission of restoring the roof to its former glory. A task on its own that required a lot more from us. A job only fit for the grinder itself, but the way I see it, that's all weight reduction.

It honestly doesn’t look worse than before. I know the roof needs body work and the paint redone but there’s no more rust. Got to love that👍🏽

When I painted my girlfriends fender, she ordered some paint, color matched to her paint code and it came in a can. Buy some 2k clear, with some auto primer and a can of your paint code and that thang will look wayy better 👌. At the end of the day it's up to you whether you try it or not, just tryna give some advice from someone that's tried to fix paint on the low. Paint gets expensive real fast so I feel you on the budget fix. Regardless keep up the good work bro vids are fire as always 🔥

I appreciate the share man. We recently did what you said to my brothers Honda. But I was in a time crunch for a show and didn’t have time to get one made to color match. Doesn’t look any worse than before. But down the road we will be taking care of the paint a little better. Thanks for the knowledge👍🏽

I agree it did but this was just a temporary fix because the roof already had rust damage at least this way the bare metal is protected.
