I binge watched all your new truck videos today. Looking good. Look forward to seeing it with all the de-badging and remaining black badging still to do.
Can I ask a question of how to wire in my bumper cube lights into my reverse lights ? I’d like to use my 7 pin connector so that bumper lights illuminate when I go in reverse. Seems easy but for some reason I’m struggling with making this happen Thanks
I would have painted the inside of the bumper before installing it. Crazy that they didn't paint it when they made it. Seems like over time it's going to start getting pretty rusty, especially with salty slush building up inside during the winter.
@@NickMango I just think for what they charge for the bumper that they'd paint the inside too. I doubt it'll rust through. Be interesting to see how it does after a few winters. I had a Smittybilt front bumper that was powder-coated and after a couple of winters in Wisconsin it was bubbling and peeling like crazy. Hopefully yours holds up better than mine did. I enjoy your videos. Thinking of buying a Tradesman next year and love what you've done. Thanks for posting the videos.
Nick I have watched all of your Ram Tradesman Videos. Great job Sir. I am looking into the Off Road Package. Have you researched that package and if so is it worth it or should I go aftermarket? The hill descent control seems interesting.
Yeah I looked at this. The only reason it wasn’t on my list to get was because of my concern regarding payload. I think it lowers it. But other than that it’s really cheap. If you planned on the Snow Chief Group that is. Because I think they require an axle change option. Hill decent and the suspension is worth 450 I think. And you should get tow hooks anyway. So yeah I don’t see why it’s not a good idea unless you want max payload. 👍
Hey Nick, I have a question for you, I am ordering my tradesman soon and would like to black it out as you did. So what was your reasons for getting the chrome package as opposed to the base black?
Unfortunately it came with it. I didn’t order the truck. The truck was in transit. I just had to take it the way it was ordered by the dealer. I definitely wouldn’t have gotten it. Good luck with yours. Also this is another reason why I like the tradesman. You can’t get black on anything above. Chrome is standard.

What's the brand of that Panel Popper? I can't find..........
I added it to the description. Appreciate the heads up!
How long to insatl it
A day to remove and install.
Were you able to reinstall the factory side step with the new bumper?
If you mean the drop down step, yes. It doesn’t rely on the bumper at all. It’s part of the framing.
@@NickMango Thank you for clarifying!
What did you do with your factory bumper…?
Sold it 👍
@@NickMango well Damn… LOL…

The chance of it rusting through is basically nil. 3/16 steel.

@@robm.7568 they definitely charge some serious dough for these. Good luck if you pick up a tradesman 👍.
