It's always to be appreciated of people's educations and their career skills, not the way they look, no matter what, God created us to be beautiful people on this earth.
I think they should make a movie about the blonde female cop attempting to get revenge on the black homeless man and the female sheriff who got her fired.
I was discriminated against as well. I am white man and I went to an all black church just to listen to the singing and the preaching only because it's real. I was asked to leave because I was making the crowd uncomfortable. My response was like and you don't think they are making me uncomfortable. But then I also said God does not discriminate against skin color. To make a long story short I left the premises. I prefer to listen to a live crowd then sit at home and watch it on tv. But no hard feelings against the people of that church. I just love the way black people sing and preach. They put meaning into it.
I'm sorry that happened but they were probably uncomfortable because of a white man(Dylan Roof)who opened fire and killed nine black worshipers after they invited him into their prayer meeting. They were afraid of you.

Racism does exist in this world. There are some employers that do discriminate in hiring based on race, religion, gender, etc. Employers shouldn't discriminate against people. Employers should judge potential employees based on qualifications, character, work ethic, etc. Jobs are also hard to come by. Jobs nowadays are extremely competitive. There's lots of people that have degrees in marketable fields such as engineering, computer science, accounting, finance, business administration, etc that struggle with finding jobs in their fields after college, and it's not due to having a criminal record, making a bad impression during the interview, discrimination, etc; it's due to jobs being extremely competitive to get. Job openings for financial jobs, business jobs, engineering jobs, computer science jobs, etc often involve 1 person out of 10-15 people being interviewed for the job being chosen for the job, and even if you meet the education criteria for the job, the general criteria for the job, have a lot of relevant experience, make a great impression during the interview, are highly qualified for the job, etc, there's still a high chance that you won't be the selected candidate for the job. The selected candidate for the job out of 10-15 people interviewed is often a highly qualified person that the hiring manager knows or a highly qualified person that had a referral, recommendation letter, etc from a trusted relevant professional reference sent, submitted, etc to the hiring manager.
Speaking as a recruiter/HR exec, if this was real....this dude would be a millionaire. Sue the HELL out of anyone who treats you with such blatant discrimination!
Dad asked Tay why his interview went south, it was revealed because of racism!!! Dad didn't want to believe it, he tried to do Tough Love!!! Thinking Tay was lazy, he really should understand his son, that interviewers are really picky!!! Just that heart-to-heart with Dad will set Tay straight, he will nail that interview and get rid of negative vibes from his future workplace!!! Interviewer was being racist and snobbish, she wouldn't want to hire because of melanin !!! The "You People" slur was the last straw, she herself will be heading for her sacking for racism and discrimination!!! Watch out, Supermission Squad!!!
If the father did that, accusations of nepotism may eventually start to pop up. Some people may start to think that he got hired just because he's the CEO's son.

Please, producers, can you try to apply just a modicum of realism into these videos? I’m not talking about the mystery (and ironically nepotistic) CEO Dad, but the recruiter woman brought in off the streets who lacks even the most basic of employment and discrimination legislation hotspots that even your average job hunter would know, ESPECIALLY one from a minority. FFS in the UK at least, you wouldn’t dare touch upon or ask questions implying topics of age, marital status or general personal history (anything verging upon childhood socioeconomic background for example). I get there’s a point to be made but prejudiced recruiters would be far more intelligent , manipulative and subtle by extracting or alluding to those topics in an ambiguous fashion, i.e. leaving the candidate thinking, “was she trying to say/ imply….” I’m sure your general audience aren’t geniuses but I’m sure they can interpret passive aggression without a tors having to be all out and unrealistically inappropriate!!
Always wondered if a biracial born to a white father and black mother would have a hard time relating to their father. Obviously this guy wasn't biracial and was likely adopted.
I'm getting tired of the racist tone of these videos. Real life is NOT like that. Stop victimizing people based on their skin color. Work harder on finding better plots.
The recruiter is not racist. She knows best who is the right person to be employed for the job and to support the image of the company. The so called CEO in this matter should be fired instead.

What his dad needs to do is do some research on why his people are racist; after all it wasn't his son his people started racism.

Micheal should be Salvatore Leone in a GTA film
This behavior has to STOP
Invite him to go to an establishment with you and see what happens
The dad should not have told the interviewer that he is the dad. It is very emasculating in a professional setting.
