Do you think Bobby offered Stan a job with the hope to change him?
Can people who see race instead of a person truly change?

It was seriously an eye-opener. Mr Brooks did not make the guard's life hell with his power and authority but volunteered to change his nature patiently which was one hell of a task to change the antiquated viewpoints of a racist and he did succeed ultimately in making him realise that prejudices just downgrade a person's lifestyle 📘

Wow, you are raising the bar very high.
    Awesome.
People are not distinguished by our external appearance.
It is thanks to our interior, which is reflected in our actions, that projects us just as we are.
We live in a society full of prejudices. Only by accepting that the external appearance is accidental and that the reality of the being emerges from within, can we build a better world.

How do you change the world? You change it by changing the thoughts and perceptions one person at a time. Who wrote this episode? Whomever wrote this episode is an evolve human being of the first order. This role fits Don Allen perfectly from everything I know of this man. I am curious on how the name of the author was chosen. Richard Brooks immediately came to mind. He is a Black scholar who has written a number of books and has lectured all over the world. Also, it was great to see Filip Walcerz in this episode. This was a great fictitious character and it is interesting that this library director was said to have given the security guard back his job at the request of Bobby Brooks. It is wonderful that Filip has played such cosmopolitan characters for this channel. The actor that played the security guard, really made the story work. All I can say is great writing and casting. This is one of this channels best and enlightening episodes. Thank you for producing this work of art.

Literally never judge a book by its cover . It was great that he got to learn by him and liked the book he wrote and taught him that he could like something someone else created. Just because he believes they're different and he gained respect for him in the end and realized how very wrong he was and very insecure to fear that Brooks was better than him. That his racism was based off insecurity

You know what. Even a racist can change their hearts. I remember this just like a racist chef in the previous episode (Black man mistaken for a Beggar). He resigned. However the head chef gave a new job. Because he sees not only he realize the mistake he has. But also, his potential. That is what exactly this story said. A black person approached a racist person. Gave a job. Pay a salary. And gave his old job back. If one person change. It will make a difference.

This actually taught me something as well. I've become fixed-minded in my hatred for racists, and unable to see any good in them. I almost stopped watching this, because the arrogance was still there in the young guy. I even wondered if the "arranged marriage" part of the story was a deliberate subtext. But I persisted, and think Stan DID change for the better.

Racism is never good. All people are equal and precious in God's sight. I am BLACK and very proud of it. The colour of my skin or the skin of my people does not make us any less or make us beneath any other nation. God made us all and the same colour blood runs through our bodies and we just need to love and respect each other. The world would be a better place for it.

My late mother and her mother and I'm sure went way back taught me it doesn't matter what color a person is , you cut them they bleed red blood just like you do, I taught my son the same way, this is true I don't care what a person's skin color is that doesn't make them what they are it's what they are inside a person that counts.

The security man judged him based on his appearance. The way we portray ourselves speak volume, but it is not a criteria for one to be looked down on
