Agreed, some more endangering the life of an innocent person just to satisfy his racism and grudges when he thought he is getting laid off...This should not have been tolerated, hence Chuck did not request Bob to stay...Him telling Bob that there is a restaurant hiring is already being merciful enough...

I get that you're trying to teach forgiveness, but he went too far for that. He put peanuts in the tartare and nearly caused the woman to die! That is completely unacceptable, and he should've been fired and barred from every restaurant. His racism will no doubt carry on when he works at the new restaurant.

Being fired and blackballed/blacklisted would be the least of his worries. Intentionally tamper someone's food, i.e., spitting, and other gross things is bad enough. Tampering with a substance that one is vulnerable to can die from, if that's not Malice and Forethought, I don't know what is. Hate motivated makes it worse.
Dude would be going to prison most likely sentenced Life Without Parole and rightly so.
If she died, he'd definitely would get Life Without Parole in most places. In many other places, the Death Penalty is on the table.

The chef should have not covered for him and should have fired him

When you have the opportunity to give them a hefty consequence do it - early and swiftly

One of the things i kinda see in these racism centric videos is that the victim always has to be 10x better than a normal person or higher status or has to do something extraordinary like save lives or else they are doomed. Migrants always need to be miles better to get equal treatment. Its such a difficult standard to uphold. Racism wont truly be gone until people get equally judged and dont need to be superhuman to compensate for their skin colour

While I understand what this film was trying to teach, I believe it is an extremely dangerous message. The generosity, respect, and forgiveness afforded to the assistant chef further promotes his racist and violent actions. You are not doing people a kindness by allowing them to continue hurting others around them. You are enabling them-even if, like the chef, you verbally chastise them and call out their behavior. We must be able to discern violence as just that, violent and very often it is accompanied with fatal consequences for marginalized communities. Forgiveness is earned and this young gentleman with his actions proves his lack of self-reflection and highlights his prioritization of racist ideology that allow him to feel superior put EVERYONE around him in danger.
While this is a very nuanced topic, please don’t harm yourself trying to “help” others-in this case, it’s in the creation of a hostile work environment that undermine a new chef’s authority and rapport with his staff-in this way in the hopes that they will change. Be the change you want to see in the world, and curate your environment to further advance the ideals you value. Let go of the savior complex that centers people who have not earned your effort, love, and care. Because, let’s be serious, racism has a function. Why would the assistant need to change when his racism nets him such a positive outcome? You cannot change the minds of people who do not see your inherent worth and value simply for existing. Believe people when they tell you they hate you, and, this is way more difficult, learn to not personalize it--it has nothing to do with you. They don't know you.
If you are ever inclined to follow in the foot steps of the head chef, please look up the trope of the noble savage and take care

This was a marvelous episode. The main protagonist actor, this time the chef, is always a joy to watch on the screen. The cameo by Istan Rozumny was just wonderful and the actor that played his wife made the episode fun to watch. The actor that played chef Bob was also up to the role and fulfilled the role of the antagonist. I want to write that I hope I see more of the assistant chef with the goatee and the ponytail. He is the spitting image and personality of one of my good friends. I love watching him on the screen. The backbone of this channel is the writers and what I love most is the witty, smart, intelligent dialog written for head chef Chuck. Without good writing you have nothing to build on. Your stories all have excellent scripts and add talented actors, a good director, an excellent production team, and finally an excellent editing team and you have perfection. Thank you DramatizeMe, you are perfection and your stories are changing the world.

You're absolutely right, judging someone based on their skin color is not only disrespectful but also reflects arrogance and ignorance. We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their race or ethnicity.❤️❤️❤️

You mean they are good at manufacturing propaganda videos to paint certain communities as evil & a particular community as saints? I've seen dozens of CCTV footage where these saints punch old women for no reason, riot, murder, rob & knock down girls in subways. I don't see any of these Goebbels channels showing their side of the story. NOPE they sing only one stupid song until your eyes & ears bleed of hypocrisy & guilt for things you never do to another human being.

Pride is something one should feel for taken action or decision.
The pigment of your skin is not a matter of choice.
You are what you are. As any other human being.
Morals and ethics are the important ones

The only reason he halted the whole thing is because he thought he had been caught >on camera

Unfortunately the world is full of people that will step on you to bring you down. Not everyone deserves forgiveness.

He definitely should have been fired for this. That woman could have choked. He could not be trusted to be in that kitchen going forward.
Thank goodness the chef didn’t give him a second chance. Just watched a video on this channel where the person wasn’t fired when they deleted company files. I don’t believe he deserved the recommendation given he could have potentially killed someone.
