As an intern myself I always seem to feel intimidated by the seniors and workers in the place where I work, and some people like Edward that can see a potential in ourselves or at least give us a chance. Edward make us feel at least comfortable and make it less worse

I actually believe that interns should be trained on a future careers, and not just sorting mail or coffee. I am happy that one of the greatest coders is giving interns the opportunities to show him his work, and potentially become future successors.

I think at some level, we are all underestimated for being inexperienced noobs. Ageism needs to stop for all age groups: if an older worker isn't performing well, that's one thing, but he/she should still have a chance to work if desired. Likewise, younger employees are excited to continue to learn and grow, and several employers constantly miss out on great hires because of unnecessary prejudice.
