In his prime he was the designated everything and very good at everything; he scored tons of free kicks pens solo run goals and some dribbling goals, most headers ever, most weak foot goals, tons of long range goals 35_40+ yards, round the keeper, chip goals, back heel, deadly on the counter attack goals, volley and one touch finish goals, scissor/bicycle, tight angles, He had the ability to score in any way (hence why when his ankle and knee degraded he had more attributes to fall back on that’s what makes him an absolute legend of the game the ability to adapt and evolve; midfielder (seldomly yes at sporting and united), to classical winger playing out wise job only to cross the balls and beat players, to tricky or false winger scoring more than centre forwards while providing and bringing games forward dropped deep, then to false 9 or centre forward mainly (once age, operated ankle from prem league hits, and knee injury took away power and pace and explosiveness that made his knuckleballs and dribbling and speed work). That ability to fall back on other skills is what’s impressive about the guy and his hard work.
