What's makes Gregory Coupet's save even better is that after heading the ball onto his own bar, there's an immediate rebound from Rivaldo which Coupet gets up from to dive down to his right and keep out too.

As a goalie myself I will say, while diving, try not to stop yourself from hitting the ground with your legs, instead hit the ground with your hips or thighs

I was a goalkeeper for a year and i think i have what it Takes to atleast do the courtais save better then yall Tip! If the ball goes top right/left then jump to the ball and hold both Hands to the ball for a better Chance of saving it and try to hold the ball.

Never really seen your channel before, this popped into my recommended. I’m at the end of the first challenge and this feels lazy, how can you attempt a recreation when the ball isn’t in the right spot. You should only count the good shots, 10 kicks off the ball and the first challenge is done… just seems low effort
