It's not uncommon for new moves to replace old ones. For example I believe these moves replaces the following: New DE 4 replaces Old DE 4,3 (Double Pulse) same move which is F,F+4,3. It's likely because if he was able to use the new F,F+4,2 string out of DE, he would be able to keep infinitely loop Dynamic Entry since the new string transitions into that stance. New DE 3 replaces Old DE 3 (Replace Spiral Kick) likely because they likely removed wall-bounce mechanic (as of now) since it would be overpowered because combined that with the Flip! re-wallsplat, combos on walls will be extremely devastating, same goes for why SE 1 is a heat engager and not a wall bounce New SE D/F+1 replaces the old one likely to accomodate the new combo extender
yo bro dont forget three is no Rage drive so will be a new animeitons for DEN 3+4 AND SEN 1+2 and i thinnk the new scrw or bound from SEN In the video it might be SEN1+2 and the stomp from DEN IS DEN3+4
