Something unexpected that I would LOVE would be someone from Streets of Rage. Shiva, Axel, Blaze would all be dope. Specifically from SOR4, where everyone got a much bigger movelist.

Even though I don't play him, I'd rather Heihachi came back (like how Kazumi was playable even tho she's dead), but he got some of Jinpachi's moves. Esp as Reina has inherited a lot of Heihachi's stuff, Jin has OTGF etc.

My wishlist for Guest characters 1 Tifa 2 Spike Spiegel (he would fit just as well as Tifa) 3. Kyo Kusanagi (i love Terry but Kyo has been deserving of a guest role for over 25 years!) I am also very supportive to that Squall pick. FF8 is my favorite FF and any modern mention of 8 is a good thing. I might even take him over Tifa. This is such a high quality channel and im glad i found it. Keep up the good work!
I think if we not get Tifa we could probably get a pack of items and customization about ff7 with Tifa tank top like we saw Azucena already, and who knows maybe some items like a moguri or a chocobo (like the small mokujin one we have already)

How many times it has to be said that the statement about "Kiryu not joining any FG because he doesn't hit women" has become outdated? The creator of Yakuza franchise and author of this info - Toshihiro Nagoshi - has left SEGA since then, so now it's up to other people whether they want this collaboration with Namco or not. I'm guessing it's very likely, considering they have already done the similar thing with Rainbow Six, where Kiryu's skin is available to purchase. The whole argument about "not hitting women" is also dumb, since it's not like Kiryu will go up against defenseless women. They are also trained fighters that can easily beat him up, should he underestimates them.
Don't care for all these gimmick edition DLC characters. I would like to see Tekken X Virtual fighter X DOA. These gangs are the closest and fight styles without being over the top

Commander Shepard would be fucking amazing. They could use both models, maybe make one paragon and one renegade, or incorporate that system into heat and/or their cosmetics. For those in the know, I think Vanguard would probably be the best class for them to use as the basis.

Ever since he Dead or Alive Versus Final Fantay fan made video came out(or that weird old fighting, Tifa has always been a favorite to be in either DOA or Tekken. When Noctis was accepted in Tekken 7, something felt off because Tifa was missing. If16 fits Soul Calibur a lot better. I think a DOA character might fit better than an MK character.
My choices in no particular order are a, Dead or Alive rep Tifs (FF7) and really out of left field pick being Allen Walker from D. Gray Man. I have no clue how Allen would work but I want to see him in a fighting game.
@@NewWaveTEKKEN he definitely would be. That's why I tell people that what happens in Tekken is only cannon for Tekken. They have to water guest characters down to make it fair. They've really went in a different direction with Tekken. It's becoming more street fighter with each iteration.
I know they are not likely but Id like to see Wang and Baek back. they say Hwoarang replaced Baek but Baek has more of traditional style of TKD, similar to Tang Soo Do. so they can work it out. And if theres gonna be a story expansion DLC, Ancient Ogre should be added within it, either comeback or flashback. that Jin-Jun-Ogre story can be continued.
I think at some point there may have to be a slight redesign of some characters, which I wouldn't mind, to get them back into TEKKEN. Baek, as we was before, but somewhat different. Either way, I'd like to see Wang and Baek and all those guys back in TEKKEN.

Lei WuLong, Baek, Bruce, Old Eddy Gordo are who I want in the game. If Lei isn't added, im asking for a refund dead ass. As far as special characters goes, Kenshiro Fist of the North Star, Jubei (ninja Scroll), Biscuit from Baki, and Snake from MGS.

Bruce, Eddy and Miguel should definitely be part of DLCs. Also, Id like to see Lei, Marduk, Armorking and Fahkumram to return as well, but they were DLCs in last Tekken, so I dont know if they will ever come back
Tifa fits best as she is a pure strength female brawler who rivals male fighters strength or add UltraMan because he just purely looks like a Tekken character! Maybe they need to bring back UNKOWN she only made two appearances in Tekken Tag and in Tekken Tag 2.
A character that could be probable would be Dio from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure because I clearly remember seeing a tweet from Harada at some point positively reacting to a Dio Tekken 7 mod. I don't know if Harada's tweet is still up.

Considering it looks like TEKKEN 8 story wise is maturing, a Berserk rep would be a great sign of that. Guts' sword would have the most craziest range ever! Hahaha.

I had dreamed of Raiden from the Mortal Kombat series become an guest character in the new Tekken 8 game, yes I had this dream before.
Which version of Raiden, may I ask? The Thunder God version seen all the way up to MK11, or the new one in MK1?

Ever since he Dead or Alive Versus Final Fantay fan made video came out(or that weird old fighting, Tifa has always been a favorite to be in either DOA or Tekken. When Noctis was accepted in Tekken 7, something felt off because Tifa was missing. If16 fits Soul Calibur a lot better. I think a DOA character might fit better than an MK character.
My choices in no particular order are a,
Dead or Alive rep
Tifs (FF7)
and really out of left field pick being Allen Walker from D. Gray Man.
I have no clue how Allen would work but I want to see him in a fighting game.

@@NewWaveTEKKEN he definitely would be. That's why I tell people that what happens in Tekken is only cannon for Tekken. They have to water guest characters down to make it fair. They've really went in a different direction with Tekken. It's becoming more street fighter with each iteration.

I know they are not likely but Id like to see Wang and Baek back. they say Hwoarang replaced Baek but Baek has more of traditional style of TKD, similar to Tang Soo Do. so they can work it out. And if theres gonna be a story expansion DLC, Ancient Ogre should be added within it, either comeback or flashback. that Jin-Jun-Ogre story can be continued.
I think at some point there may have to be a slight redesign of some characters, which I wouldn't mind, to get them back into TEKKEN. Baek, as we was before, but somewhat different. Either way, I'd like to see Wang and Baek and all those guys back in TEKKEN.

I would love it, if they get someone from Devil may cry, like imagine Nero or vergil(like Yoshi), dante with different moves using Gilgamesh and stances

Lei WuLong, Baek, Bruce, Old Eddy Gordo are who I want in the game. If Lei isn't added, im asking for a refund dead ass. As far as special characters goes, Kenshiro Fist of the North Star, Jubei (ninja Scroll), Biscuit from Baki, and Snake from MGS.
Man I wanna see those characters back too. Lei is so special of a character. The devs have talked about in the past how hard it is to put his move list in the game, but T8 could do it for sure. Nice picks btw.

Bruce, Eddy and Miguel should definitely be part of DLCs. Also, Id like to see Lei, Marduk, Armorking and Fahkumram to return as well, but they were DLCs in last Tekken, so I dont know if they will ever come back

Tifa fits best as she is a pure strength female brawler who rivals male fighters strength or add UltraMan because he just purely looks like a Tekken character! Maybe they need to bring back UNKOWN she only made two appearances in Tekken Tag and in Tekken Tag 2.
Tifa is such a perfect fit! Ultraman is a nice surprise pick, and bringing Unknown to the official Tekken canon is a great idea!

A character that could be probable would be Dio from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure because I clearly remember seeing a tweet from Harada at some point positively reacting to a Dio Tekken 7 mod. I don't know if Harada's tweet is still up.
Sometimes Harada gives hints at what's next. He's a fan of Negan, we got Negan. So JoJo might be a Go go (dad joke)

We're gonna be milked for 8 years. There will be WAYYYY more dlc this time. 8 years from now this game will have at least 60 characters. I do foresee bruce making a comeback and being early dlc with jin as a main focus of 8s story. Prob ogre as well with juns return.
Yeah, with Jun returning, that opens up the door are Ogre, and I agree it's a great time for Bruce to return. And that roster list is gonna be filled to the brim by time T8 is over. Haha.
