Producers so often automatically autotune EVERYONE these days. There are hundreds, if not thousands of instances of singers not knowing they’re being autotuned by sound engineers when recorded.
@@CoralAries-fc7jrit visually looks lip synced... And also very much sounds auto-tuned so no, it was not a live performance... And multiple things point towards it not being live.
It’s hard to tell how autotuned it is because it sounds like there’s some intentional distortion added, but musically that was a banger. My rampant speculation is that the Witch’s Road leads to the book of Vishanti… which isn’t there anymore? Guessing that Agatha picked up the Darkhold on her first trip down the road.
I'm not sure it's autotuned really at all? I mean Patti alone is good enough to carry the entire thing and no one would dare to autotune her. I think it's just how spooky harmonies sound sometimes, and like you said, some intentional distortion.

This show is already GOATed for me. Will it finish as strong as it started? I dunno. But these premiere episodes were as good an MCU show launch as there’s ever been.
Guys, I think I just figured something out because of your video. I think Aubrey Plaza’s character’s “black heart” is a stray herring meant to distract us. The kid says you get your greatest desire if you reach the end of the road. My guess is the M across his mouth was not from Maximoff. I think the heart on the list (the last member of the coven) actually represented him. That could be why the door to the road finally opened when he came down the stairs. My guess is his greatest desire is to meet his father. And in the comics, the son of Mephisto is named Blackheart. So my guess is that when we finally do make it to the end of the road he gets his wish and we get to meet Mephisto (supposedly played by Sacha Baron Cohen). Yes? No?
This could also mean that the power of the darkhold comes directly from Mephisto, so Wanda’s spell to have her two sons would in essence be a pact with Mephisto, making Billy the “don” of both Wanda AND Mephisto. So I’m appending my prediction. His greatest desire is to see his parentS. Both parents. And this is how Wanda returns too.
I’m the only person I know that was hoping for a She Hulk season 2. However this show is better, I love witch stories that don’t make the witches ghouls or trolls or something. I love that shots from The Craft are in the introduction. Great vibe.
I have a theory: Mrs Hart, sry, Mrs Davis, will be the big baddy. First she stops "Toto" from running away, then she joins the party, then she's the one who points out that the door is there?

This show is awesome and a lot of fun so far and I'm very excited to watch the rest of it if it's giving us more bangers like "The Ballad of the Witches' Road" and more fun spooky adventure. 😍 I'm in! Let's fucking go, witches!
1. Andor
2. Loki
3. Wanda vision
TBD - Agatha ❤
Agreed
omg you NEED to react to heartstopper. Joe Locke is amazing in it, along with the rest of the cast and I KNOW you both will have a good time full of wholesome feelings (and tears).
Woo! Thought I was going to have to wait a whole week, I missed if you said when you were posting the second episode.
How DARE you roast Joe Locke's mismatched unibrow!
1000% could you have assembled a more diverse & talented cast. Debra Jo Rupp just cracks me up every time she's on screen - from her initial "i surrender" car accident to her tippy-toeing down the road like its wet morning grass, she is worth every penny they're paying her.
Delurking to say, 'you guys! Watch HEARTSTOPPER you guys! " *lurks back into the shadows*
OMG. So I'm not the only one who's noticed those eyebrows. They're really extreme in his flashbacks later...
Love the channel but excuse me, Miss Patti Lupine does *NOT* need autotune yall
Oh no she would NEVER.
Producers so often automatically autotune EVERYONE these days. There are hundreds, if not thousands of instances of singers not knowing they’re being autotuned by sound engineers when recorded.
They did live performance, didn't they?, I don't know much about composing but this song felt natural 😅
@@CoralAries-fc7jrit visually looks lip synced... And also very much sounds auto-tuned so no, it was not a live performance... And multiple things point towards it not being live.
@@AnxietyRatThey sang it live at D23, sounded amazing
It’s hard to tell how autotuned it is because it sounds like there’s some intentional distortion added, but musically that was a banger.
My rampant speculation is that the Witch’s Road leads to the book of Vishanti… which isn’t there anymore?
Guessing that Agatha picked up the Darkhold on her first trip down the road.
I think not so much, all of them are musically trained, even Joe look at his broad way act.
I'm not sure it's autotuned really at all? I mean Patti alone is good enough to carry the entire thing and no one would dare to autotune her. I think it's just how spooky harmonies sound sometimes, and like you said, some intentional distortion.
@@jinkokenDisney is waaaaay too fond of autotune for my taste. They seem to be getting the other parts of singing right, though, so I’m guessing distortion.
I can answer that. Look up D23 I think it was. They did the song live. These women can sing!
I think I misspoke tbh. It's sounds more "produced" which does often include some autotune but I don't agree with what I said anymore
It's supposed to be mostly practical effects.
That song is on repeat
I've had down down the witches road bouncing around my head all day.
The thing when he says his name is exactly like what happens when people talk about Dalinar's wife 😮
My favorite reaction to this episode thus far. I cant wait for more of this gay witchy ride.
The Salem seven Nicholas’s scratch children, and guess who his mom is, they have issues, and yes, I think that’s Billy with a protection spell from mom, she might be inside there too
This Salem Seven differs from the comics, they are the descendants of Agatha's former coven, that she killed.
They already messed up by way of subtitles again and had Teens real name in the captions lol
@@jameshanlon9860there's interviews of heartstopper guy just talking about who his charachter is but I didn't watch it lol, even without that I'm supriaed most people who pay attention to marvel don't know who it is but I can't blame them too much foe not understanding ,considering how crazy it is joe lockes charachter even exists lol
@@foulrot but we don’t actually know that yet so far it’s close to the comics and I think they’re gonna be very sensitive to that with this show
@@jameshanlon9860 yeah I heard that in France and Spain and everything they have Billy’s name there, but I think a fragment of Wanda in him chaos magic he has it so his mom
i think the kid is actually agathas. she put a spell on her to forget and spelled to not know where they were if she found out.
This show is already GOATed for me. Will it finish as strong as it started? I dunno. But these premiere episodes were as good an MCU show launch as there’s ever been.
This is already my favorite Marvel show everrrrrrr
Unlikely. Also, the door opened before he came downstairs.
I love Agatha All Along! what a fun show!
Joe is perfect the was he is EVERYONE knows of his beauty EVEN cast of show
I thought this show was about witchcraft, not bitchcraft! I'm dying! Teen (Billy) is the ultimate pick-me and I'm obsessed! 😁
(Real men don't tweeze)
I’m the only person I know that was hoping for a She Hulk season 2. However this show is better, I love witch stories that don’t make the witches ghouls or trolls or something. I love that shots from The Craft are in the introduction. Great vibe.
I have a theory that once u get what you want from the road it releases you and Agatha didn't pass its why we see billy trying to reopen the gate.
Well, Billy is canonically Magic.
Also Gay.
...
Same thing.
All this jokes are landing 😂
That is the appropriate response to seeing Patti Lupone!
We're all freaky little miscreants.😊
I wish you two would REACT more than just sharing your criticisms and comparisons to other marvel shows, but yeah good job.
I have a theory: Mrs Hart, sry, Mrs Davis, will be the big baddy. First she stops "Toto" from running away, then she joins the party, then she's the one who points out that the door is there?
Oh more Nerdy! I'm a member on the other channel for the One Piece reactions!
Wait, you haven’t watched Heartstopper? Oh, put that on the schedule sir
Love this.
With all of my heart, I beseech you to react to Heartstopper. It is an absolute winner.
Also, Joe Locke has been on Broadway as well - in Sweeney Todd - and on the West End. Just for info sake.
Love what u do here and on Patreon.
Liked and shared.
This episode was perfect lol very funny, I hope it continues like this
Apart from this and Wandavision the only thing I've seen Kathryn Hahn in was the series Transparent (which nobody talks about cos of problematic issues 😬)... And im quickly becoming a fan
I've read that licorice is good for ulcers, if that helps.
I have a sneaking suspicion Agatha has never walked the road and is all talk.
I think teen is Agatha's son, Nicholas Scratch. Not Billy Maximoff.
