That quantity of crayfish was absolutely amazing, that our bowl was full almost at the point of pouring out. Hi dear. For perfect outcome the first tip is to cook on medium heat. Secondly raw eggs do help in caking moi moi making it firm and not watery, also avoid adding too much water to the moi moi. Last tip use a good quality nylon bags and double the bag. Using single nylon bags might burst open during cooking process. Hope you find this tips helpful ☺

The beans needs to soaked properly to enable the blending process, but if you have a very strong blend like vita mix you can soak for just 1-2 hours
