- These are all 40 DK Coins in Donkey Kong Country 2. I hope you may find them useful. Some of the harder to reach coins are like the one in Klobber Karnage. Some people think you can't get into the bonus if you only have Dixie left at the end, but this vid will show you otherwise. It could save you a lot of agony. ;)
All levels are ordered by their appearance in the game. After completing all normal levels the 6 Lost World coins are shown and the final screen with Cranky. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต

ALL MY LIFE, Bramble Scramble was a big troll because I didn't know that you can jump over the Bramble and arrive to the secret pass. I always tried to jump with Diddy or fly with Dixie and try to don't touch the barrel that send you up. That was a pain in the ass...
And I discovered THE REAL PASS 2 weeks ago...

this game has one of the best soundtrack ever
Fun fact: the DK Coins never go through a full rotation in this game. We never see the letters reversed as you would realistically expect if you flipped an object made in the shape of letters.

I love this game so much that this is one of the few games that I like to beat one hundred percent. Others are Banjo Kazooie and Zelda Ocarina of time.
It was cool seeing Mario, Yoshi, and Link in this game--they should have helped out. Like in SSB.

hold down when releasing "Y" then Diddy/Dixie will put the object down carefully instead of throwing it.
Fun Fact: In the "Cranky's Video Game Heroes" screen, in the bottom right corner, there's a pair of red shoes and a laser gun next to the trash can that says "NO HOPERS".
The red shoes belong to Sonic the Hedgehog, a jab at Sega's mascot due to Nintendo and Sega being rivals back then. (Not-So-Fun Fact: The "NO HOPERS" trash can is not present in the GBA remake of this game.)
The laser gun belongs to Earthworm Jim and is his main weapon of choice. It's not a jab at the character (as far as I know), because his game was released on both Sega and Nintendo's consoles.

The DK coin in the bonus level is a real bitch!! ;) I found it just by luck so many years back then. The game is so good and so much fun, fantastic music and characters, cool gameplay, everything you need. One of my all time favourites. If you don't like it haters, just go and play your boring 100th part of COD crap!!!!

@tochobotron I think some of the locations are a little bit diffrent, and there are also a little bit more coins, since you also have to play some mini games and collect photos. But for the most part, it's the same

And in Mario is Missing. But we're talking a trilogy where DK was getting kidnapped 2/3 of the time, not two out of *number of Mario games released.* DK was a lot more vulnerable than he looked, in this series at least.

I had to come here to see what Cranky said because I lost my save data in the process of collecting all these. I was at 36 and then poof! All that work gone. At least I was able to finish the lost Kremling world before it all disappeared.

Wtf? In the GBA version, there are 50 DK coins.
This is what me and Alex was never able to complete all the donkey Kong coins and don't tell but this is the next game I sit down and play and I'm going a week straight with sleep because I'm sober nowadays lol and I'm going to find out the prize on the donkey Kong coins and don't nobody tell and I never been able to complete all donkey Kong coins and I must re collect all the donkey Kong coins lol
I'd rather playing with Diddy Kong because he's too much faster than Dixie
