What are the dynamic and static load limits of the alpha rack and bravo racks for the crew and double cabs?

The structural integrity of the racks far exceeds the weight limit on item you would mount them reasonably. We recommend not overloading the racks and referring to your vehicle specifications in order to not exceed the limit of your vehicle.

They don't address the issue of the front three most holes you end up drilling are in a location with either thicker or much harder metal. Rear holes cut nicely but the fronts you'll end up spending more than 30 mins per hole even with multiple new kobalt bits used. Attempted to contact to see what they do in this situation but was not contacted back yet. Not a fan of riveting something like this on the roof. Rivets work loose/leak and foam degrades, not a permanent solution in my opinion. If it were my truck (which it never will be) I would be dropping the headliner and fixing it to the cab more securely like with either nutserts or simply using bolts and washers and some sort of rubber pad/seam sealer combo for water. I install these at a dealer but be warned if you are doing it at home. You'll need multiple bits and even more patience.

Does the roof rack make you better off roading...I mean, "over landing"? 🤪

Makes me cringe seeing you drill through the factory paint/metal of this truck... Will this cause warranty issues with the dealer should you have water intrusion and it causes an electrical issue or rust a few years down the road? What about weight and movement causing the holes to oblong overtime is this something that can happen?

Drilling can be scary but there are already a lot more holes in your cab than you think. The use of the plus nut creates a solid mounting point. Loaded and installed properly we have not seen any issues.

Yeah I'm worried about my warranty from Toyota as well; it might get voided since you drill the roof if I ever have an issue probably
