Those cross beams bow and bounce with minimal weight on them. I purchased this item for my 2017 Tundra. I put two 27+ lb. Each Trek biles and they bow the beams to the point you can hear cross beams hitting the roof. Not worth $1000 unless you buy them ONLY for looks then they are awesome
Do you need to use all the crossbars if you're not loading on heavy weight? It would be nice to keep the pano sunroof view less obstructed until you need the extra support

Question. You didn’t mention how deep to drill the 3/8 drill bit. What’s the depth on that please. Should we use a stop bit for a specific depth. Thank you
The roof is roughly 1/4" thick so I would drill no more than that to get through it. A stop bit is a great option or mark your standard bit with tape to set the depth.

Do you have to take off the headliner first for this? Or do you just try not to drill through it
How come it's all imperial hardware on an otherwise metric truck?
It fits with the panoramic sunroof, but will there be enough room for it to open and close?
How close to the curtain airbag harness does this get?
Not close but you do want to pay attention during installation.

it’s harder to drill holes for 2022 trd pro tundra with panoramic roof the frame / holes you will be drilling has reinforced steel or metal
What is the torque spec on the nuts to crimp them into place properly? and what is the torque spec for the final bolts?

Why can't you peel off the weather stripping and use the holes that are already there?
That is because there are no factory holes under that piece like there are on the Tacoma.

Amazon, Lowes, Home Depot. Amazon had full size tubes, Lowes and Home Depot had smaller tubes you would hand squeeze.
