Thanks for the video. Fixing to do this myself. Looking back on it, do you think that was the easiest way to do the transmission mounts? Anything you'd do different? I've been staring at it for a week now, looks like a job for sure. Wondering if you had to take all of the rear plastic off? Thanks again!

Just to update my own comment. I did not have to take off all of my rear plastics or disconnect my tail lights. Most can skip that part. Agree with your video about disconnecting radius rods and axles as they will bind. Great video, I would not have attempted to do this job without it. Thanks!

@@rebelsoffroad Do you think if you only replaced the transmission
bushings the vibration would be significantly less noticeable? Appreciate the video.

@@tuckermasterson5805 thanks for watching! theoretically there would be a little less vibration but it’s hardly noticeable with the whole set so I really don’t think you’d notice a difference by leaving out the motor mounts

It appears they had thread lock on the threads for vibration

Yes they did have some on there. Good eye! I plan to check them after a few rides to see if they loosened/retorque them if they have loosened to much. I’ll probably end up putting new lock tight if they have. Thanks for watching!

Folks sure love to spend unnecessary $$ on their machines..

That’s the best part about automotive and SXSs you can spend as much or as little as you’d like on them 😆 My Stock transmission bushing were crap/collapsed. Maybe it would have been fine for another thousand miles or more maybe it wouldn’t have been. Just like engine mounts on a car. I’d rather do the maintenance and upgrade at the same time but that’s me

I used them on mine. Rear tranny mount was collapsed. Worthwhile upgrade.
