Tearing down the BLOWN engine on the 190e!

So in the last episode, what started off with a nice first drive or the car, quickly turned into a nightmare when we realised the engine had a very bad rattle and a seriously rough running problem. So the only choice left was to strip the entire engine down and see whats going on.. so today we find out how bad the engine is on the 190e!

So lets tear down the engine of the 190e and see whats causing the issues, is it saveable? or are we going for an engine swap?!

wouldn't worry about a single snapped bolt - I've been running 3/4 bolts in my E30 water pump for about 5 years now and it hasn't leaked 😂

Loving this car. My mum had a 190e cosworth when I was about 5 (25 years ago) and I loved that thing. It was the auto, slow as fk. Your 190 would look the nuts with the cosworth body kit on.

The 190e needs a body kit, There's a Evo 1 kit made in fiberglass that looks really good. Or even an old AMG kit .

Bit of advice a bolt size isn't the size of the head it's the diameter of the thread so them bolts you where calling 13mm are 8mm bolts nor 13
