Remap wouldn’t have caused an issue like this, this issue is simply the timing chain tensioner started failing and the driver ignored engine lights on dash and the engine went bang 💥

These engines sell for around £10k used, issue is you don’t know the history of the engine or what ever issue it may have on it, short blocks aren’t usually available

@@NamzBoost there’s a 2018 with 27k milage on for £7500, but as you say who knows what it’s been put through before hand by previous owner, everyone I know that owns an SVR puts them through there paces haha I would too
