It's "enough" for one day, though I would recommend being active in your day besides the video (for example, talking a walk, etc) but you also need to be mindful of your diet. Exercising does not give you a free pass to eat whatever you want! ALso, I wouldn't recommend doing the same routine over & over - choose from our other workouts to get in your cardio, upper body, and core workouts.
I keep watching your old videos because I have Ehler-Danlos and you're the only youtube channel that helps me finding that many exercices that I can actually do despite my millions restrictions. Thank you !
This was a great routine! Good for people with knee problems. I had to modify the jumping jacks and the twisting jumps because they aren't comfortable on my knees, but otherwise it was manageable! I'm glad you guys put together leg routines that aren't primarily lunges, which cause me problems too. Thanks for the variety!
This is great for slimming & toning thighs, in conjunction with cardio & a healthy diet....With that said, remember - do not avoid building muscle. It burns calories faster & keeps you slimmer, easier.

Generally speaking, the harder workout videos will burn more calories, yes, but it also depends on what kind of training you are talking about, too. For example, a 5/5 Pilates routine would still burn less than a 3/5 HIIT routine. Make sense? Thanks for watchin' MegaMom!

You can't spot reduce but if you add all 3 variables that you mentioned (workouts like this, regular cardio & clean eating) you can definitely lose weight & saddlebags/extra body fat.
This would be a great routine for strengthening & leaning out the body. Just give it some time & some serious effort & you will start to feel better & stronger in no time. Stick with it! And thanks for letting us be the ones to help you get healthier :)
If you're only doing a workout that's 10 minutes long, you will want to do a combo of our videos. Aim for 60-90 minutes per day total -not necessarily in one workout session, you can break it up.
Women have a hard time increasing body mass enough to look "big" or "bulky". Because squats burn a good deal of calories, they are great for someone is looking to slim down & lose weight. Muscle takes up less room than fat, and it doesn't jiggle - especially if your bum & thighs are currently fat, this would help lean and shape them.
Don't avoid building muscle - it wont look bulky (without lots of work & supplementation) and it burns more calories at rest. Avoiding it will make it much harder for you to stay thin. Belly fat takes cardio a healthy diet & ALL over strength training - a combo of our videos is best. And lastly, it takes about 2-3 weeks to start seeing results.
This is for sure a MEAN workout! I'm on day 10 of the program and i can see my body changing already...i'm so excited! Thanks for the great videos and for being so inspiring. I love you guys!!!
Easy workout, what I loved the most was that when it was time to do sitting exercisces they were all done at one time, and the same for the standing exercises, This was much more accomindating for those who have difficulty getting up and down.
Whoa. Found this buried deep in the archives and realized I hadn't done it before. It was no easy feat -- I was already sweating and panting before the warm-up was even done. The thigh and butt exercises were great! The W ones were nearly impossible for me for balance reasons, but I made it work by stabilizing myself with my other forearm. I have to wonder why none of these very-effective, unique butt & thigh exercises aren't in any of the newer videos?
I LOVE THIS WORKOUT. I cant express how much this routine fit my schedule, challenged me, and how I can already feel my legs walking up the stairs. Thank you
If you are not losing weight, your diet is most likely to blame. Could you be taking in more calories than you think? Either that or maybe you need to choose more challenging workouts....And, are you sure you need to lose weight? If you are using "skinny" to describe yourself it might just be that you should start to focus less on losing weight & more on building lean muscle.

I like this - it's a healthy lower body workout that does not put too much stress on the joints. I recommend a good psoas stretch before, it makes the eccentric contraction smoother and therefore works the proper muscle- for me anyway..I have tight hips from sitting at a computer 33+ hrs per week.
Thanks for this nice workout! I really enjoyed feeling my inner thighs working! And it's great that it focuses on toning the legs without building mass. I did this right after one of FitnessBlender's HIIT workouts and had to really push myself to finish the cardio part in this routine :D

I used to find this workout intermediate and after finishing it, I will still have energy to some arms and abs workout. However, after 2 weeks of inactivity, I feel soo tired after doing it. :( Gotta strengthen up! Love this workout

It all depends on your starting point. Just adapt regular healthy habits; our videos! Plus healthy eating.

You don't want to do it every day. Use your leg rest days to do your upper body and/or cardio.

Last year I was nine stone I did fitness blender exercises everyday for a year and a half and now im 7 stone!!
