    I am only 13 but I have tried these workout s for about a month and there are visual results I am soo happy and the first time I tried it I couldn't do it without losing my breath in the first 2mins but know I can do the whole workout with hardly losing my breath don't stop making these video

    When the video said Legs on fire, it wasn't lying. The entire lower half of my body is fire but in a good way. I couldn't even do the lunges all the way through. I had to stop after every round. This workout is short but very effective. Two thumbs up!

    I know nothing about that program - I haven't watched it so I honestly can't say. This workout focuses on toning the entire lower body in a very effective, pretty painful way ;) The ways that it targets the glutes are great for shaping, firming, & lifting.

    I love it! My quads and hamstrings were also sore after this routine (along with my booty, of course). You will like the Total Body Boot Camp, it's fun!

    Yes there are some exercises where you could wear ankle weights and others where you could hold onto weights at your shoulders to make it harder (for example, the lunges or squats).

    You should worry less about what other people think of your body & focus more on what makes your body healthy. You are only 14 and you're going to go through a lot of body changes in the upcoming years. The best thing you can do is concentrate on staying healthy & embracing whatever changes you go through. Only people with little bitty minds make fun of other people's bodies, so try & ignore them.

    Oh my goodness that was torture. I can't decide what hurt worse the lunges or the downward dog leg raise. Definitely going to try this with leg weights soon!

      +The Freeze Dry Queen I tried with weights on the squats then the lunges...oh on the lunges I quickly dropped those babies! My butt and thighs were like "WTH???!"

    As for your knees, I would see a doctor because they are going to be able to gather relevant health information from you and guide you as to what exercises you should and shouldn't be doing. For now I would skip them and sub another exercise that does not cause you pain.

    It varies by actual workout. If you follow the links in the description of any of our videos there is an in-depth write up that tells you more about it. If you hold onto weights for any of our workouts, you can increase the mass of legs & thighs, otherwise they are just great for toning and shaping.

    I CANT FEEL MY LEGS!! EVEN THE COOL DOWN PART KILLED ME!!!!!! ALL THROUGH THE EXERCISE I WAS THINKING: MAYBE IT'S NOT THAT BAD TO BE FAT. Even my arms aare on fire. kill me

    This one made my legs BURN! Thank you for making so absolutely effective videos which are fun at the same time! You do a great job!
    Nevertheless I've got a question: Due to a back illness, I cannot do deadlifts anymore because they give me serious back pain for the next few days. I know there are no deadlifts in this workout but in several other workouts you produced. Can you give me a tip with which exercise I can substitute the deadlifts?

    This workout is amazing! I have been doing this for 6 weeks and I see a huge difference. My thighs feel quite strong and it really helps with everyday chores. The only thing is, I never get up to the downward facing dog part because it is so difficult.... Also the glute bridges don't work my butt as much as they should, instead it kills my quads. Anyone else feels the same? 😦

      Amanda Pearson Well.. I made it my personal goal to workout at least 3 times per week. So technically, it's 3 weeks. However, lets be honest here. It isn't always easy to stick with the ideals. So, many times I had missed my workouts. For example, I may be too tired or blah blah to workout one day. I DID workout a minimum 2 days per weeks. And yeah.. I did see results.. as long as one keeps at it.

    Great leg workouts - I have always been in high intensity sports that focused on legs (martial arts, rowing) so it's hard for me to find something to push the level of difficulty, other than putting more weights on the machine. These were a challenge though!
    One thing that would be great is if you could list the level of difficulty in the title, as well as add a make that a search parameter on your website.

    You must be talking about cues that you are coming up on the "last" pulse, of say, rep #3 of 5? Take note that this is a uniquely structured workout where the reps don't really end, they just start over...but, dually noted :)

      So it’s been years since I’ve done this workout now, not 5 years, but maybe 3-4 years. And I can say that while it’s still challenging, it’s way easier than what it was when I last did it. Completed it easily!

    i loved doing this workout today .. i accidentally changed the page of the workout plan and did this instead of upper body workout. it was very difficult to do after the jump rope cardio workout. although i took a break of 15 mins. my lower body is extremely week. in the jump rope workout i had to resort to high knee after round 1. and in this workout i did 3 rounds of squats n lunges. i felt it so bad (on a happy note) in my thighs. n i could only do 1 round of downward facing dog+ leg raises.
