I'm thinking Charles' vision is similar to Kuruko's Quasi Eye, in which he only pays attention to his attention on his teammates' movements and next action. But it probably targets one player instead or just Charles mainly uses them on Shidou.

But I was just re-reading the u20 arc one of the best arc in blue lock ( my opinion ) in chapter 129 were hiori and reo get subbed in if you read it carefully when hiori was getting ready to make that long pass one of the u20 players said that hiori pass was similar to how sae pass. And see how you made a video taking about the new eye type I was thinking what if hiori managed to get the same passing eye as sae and Charles in the pxg match
sorry for righting something this long and I don't really think you will see this but I just wanted to put it out as my theory and thought on what's gonna happen in the upcoming chapters.
I think a good name for them would be trajectory eyes since when you're passing you have to take in so many different steps into your passing, like the name trajectory and the speed not to mention much more. In order to get the pass where it needs to go
It sounds basic though, is like naming Charles eyes the sniping eyes. Metavision, predator eyes, assasin, like the names live up to the hype
Ace I think your right about this theory good video, also I would like to add do you think dribblers will get their own eye? And if they did I think the eye type would work by targeting the players strength and turning into their weakness with a creative way of dribbling for example, Bachira has the ball and is going against Aiku in a 1v1 Bachira will use his creativity to get past his defense, or another example Yukimiya is going agaisnt Raichi and Yukimiya would use his speed against him cause raichi isn't as fast as Yukimiya. And I think this eye would be introduced in the U-20 cup.

I got a Theory, what if Charles eye design was to “hunt down” the best player for his passes (predator eye) and then then the meta vision part is where he has the vision to pass specifically designed for the player he is passing to, for example Shidou when Charles passed was shocked for a moment saying “that’s exactly where I wanted it” that gives the perfectly designed pass to that specific player. (I typed this while watching the video so I think he already said what I said💀😭)

The reason I call it this is Charles is a contrarian he likes doing things his way even if it is near impossible. When freedom is restricted. Even if the hall is the most narrow. He will always pass through that narrow space. And it sounds cool.
I Like the discernment eye, able to discern the best possible pass for a striker in a specific situation whereas meta-vision is more for positioning and movement. one eye for actions, the other for positioning.
i think its a vision that hunts the best passing trajectory/passing course personally

Hiori is definitely gonna get these eyes if these are the actually uses of it, after all he’s been compared to Sae and is definitely being built to be a player to eventually rival Sae in the later stages of the story
i mean idk with his perfected passes, i feel he serves a different purpose
hiori's passes are definitely the best ones for open spaces and suddenly creating a blind spot, which isagi tends to capitalize on and convert it to a goal.
Charles' passes are like sae's have more range and is threading a needle in-between the top passing options. But personality wise the distinction is that hiori obsesses at creating the best play for the best striker while Charles obsesses over the most interesting pass to make. And my take is that next goal if it's by rin it's him devouring Charles pass to shidou by utilizing his specs (jumping power, trapping, speed, vision) and this might be a repeat of the selection for the u-20 match where isagi gets that last goal but this time rin wins possession of the ball and shoots with his non dominant leg and takes the goal (redemption for missing his attempt to replicate sae's u-20 goal at the left side of the penalty area)
and lmao I think this is what Charles also intends rin to do without really planning for it. Rin has the numbers and height for that play. And when rin reaches the left side of the penalty area he just shows he is still a beast in this match
