Saw this and noticed he'd only been In business about 6 months. Unfortunately he's in for a big suprise if this is a big deal for him. I felt for the guy in a way, because the guys blasted him in the comments.
Just think he needs some serious perspective to grow in this business. As he grows, he'll realize this is a very, very small deal.

Wow can’t believe someone would treat a customer like that. You never jump to conclusions and loose your cool. 4 hours isn’t much time you will attract more business being a nice guy but firm instead of a hothead but hey that’s just me.
